As a entrenched NYR and SUOMI fan living in Amsterdam Netherlands I rushed to search for a 4 nations Cup cap, and in my rush I didn't check size thoroughly enough,, but the service department were swift to respond, and cancel my overseas purchase, which if arrived would have been a challenge to return, thank you team Thehockeyshop.com excellent service
Worst customer support I ever had.
I have skate quality issues and the customer support doesn't answer mails. Even when promising to discuss the problem with Bauer I never got a response from the support. Either because they never informed Bauer or because they forgot. They are not cooperative at all and just accuse you of wrong doing instead of working towards fixing the problem. I would highly advise to not order from this shop!
