I placed an order on the 30th of August, I asked where is my package. They showed me a package that was delivered back in June saying it’s delivered. I’m highly pissed right now, you all took my money. Now the order isn’t appearing in the recently ordered tab. I gave yall my money and I have the statements to prove it. It is September 6 I have no clue where my package is or if they even processed it. After I just gave yall 5 stars, I’m mad at myself.

Hi , sorry for the inconvenience caused. We tried to locate your order ID by this name but without luck. All items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee. And generally, the personalization/engraving/special orders are not allowed to cancel once it starts production, so please review your personalized information carefully before submitting the order. If you insist on canceling the customized order, there will incur a 50% customized and material processing fee. Lack of communication
I ordered my product 8/14. They told me 3-12 business days. It is now 9/4 and still no product has been delivered. I have contacted customer service but to no avail.
