Do not order from this company
Ordered a necklace and there was no mention of it being sourced from outside the U.S.
From it being sourced outside it immediately voided all warranties, returns or exchanges. I had zero control over where it came from or had any idea that this could even happen. I wanted to exchange it and after days of back and forth they weren’t willing to work with me. Do not order anything from this company, it was a horrible experience and regret giving them my money.

was very skeptical at first because there is alot of fake scam websites out there, and also because im very picky when it comes to jewelry, i’ve been buying jewelry for years and i dont play about it! But they more than exceeded my expectations with my most recent order, i was scared that when i ordered that it was gonna be something cheap and bad quality but boy was i wrong, the quality is some of the best ive ever seen! its very luxurious and built heavy and durable! and the customer service is a little slow, but they do infact keep in contact with you and keep you updated, i actually have one of the jewelers number and she always answers and helps me all the time!! i highly recommend and i will be spending alot of money with them! thanks ice cartel! cant wait until my other pieces arrive!

Extremely Shady Exchange Policy, Zero Accountability
ice cartel has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any company I’ve ever purchased from. Their customer service “helped” me to buy the wrong chain (I was extremely clear about what I wanted and did not want), then when it arrived, they refused to exchange the chain because they shipped it from their international fulfillment center and not US stateside center (a fact that was never disclosed during the purchasing process and is some extremely obscure clause within their exchange policy; DO NOT buy from this company. I would give zero stars if I could.
