I’ve been trying to call and send emails for a week, and no one is responding. The package arrived open. I’ve read other comments saying that other people also received their packages open. Speed and damage? Or calm and everything done properly?

Terrible Service and Communication
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was incredibly slow and the communication was practically non-existent. My inquiries were ignored, leading to significant frustration. I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my terrible experience. A complete waste of time and money.

Everything worked efficiently
Everything worked without issues and efficiently. I ordered through Candoc on Sunday. Paid at Grünhorn on Monday and my package came on Wednesday. The only thing that I would improve would be to add other payment methods like credit card and PayPal. I had some trouble with Klarna.
