Becoming way too unreliable
Becoming way too unreliable, orders for same day collection are taking too long to process. Meaning you can now wait just as long for “same day pick up” as you would if you ordered for delivery. This is the 4th time now and I’m pissed off.

For the sake of transparency, we’d like to mention that we do not offer same-day pickup ourselves. Our role is to securely transmit prescriptions to pharmacies, which takes about 5 minutes on average. The processing time and availability for pickup are then entirely handled by the pharmacy you selected.
We understand that this can be confusing, especially when expectations regarding “same-day pickup” aren’t clearly distinguished. However, delays after the prescription is transmitted are beyond our direct control.
Nevertheless, we take your experience very seriously and are working to optimize our processes.
If you would like us to review a specific order, please contact our support team with your details—we’d be happy to help.

Age restriction😞
The only problem i have is that if you’re under 21 you can only buy up to 30g per month. Other than that its pretty quick and easy , im about to turn 20 in 4 months , n’ im still trying to convince myself that this is a good thing because my brain development will be less damaged in the end. Idk man , other than the 21 years of age that you have to be to buy up to 100G PER MONTH….. I’ve got everything I need to keep using this app.

Simply the best
I have ordered from Dr. Ansay more times than I can count, and every single experience has been smooth and pleasant. The strain variety is limitless in a way, the prices are honestly unmatched if you know where to look and what for, and everything is found easily. I have also yet to encounter any real difficulty, whether the inconvenience was on the pharmacy’s side (for example, promptly refunding my order when they didn’t have the strain I originally requested) or on my side (like accidentally choosing the wrong option between delivery and personal pick-up). Every time, the ever-helpful customer support has resolved things quickly, politely, and without fuss. They are consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused, which is not common, sadly. Highly recommended.
