There’s a low life degenerate in your organisation named Tufet Brighi who is an extreme racist piece of shit. I think you ought to kich him out.
My customer service experience was outstanding. From the time I called in for help, all communication with me, from Timely, was outstanding. The reply from Timely was easy for me to understand and concise. That's what I liked the most.
It gives me no pleasure to write this, as Timely has been a trusted partner for many years as our calendar/booking system. But the last few months, the quality of their support has put us in a really tough position, as a critical service (SMS booking confirmations) has not been functioning, or has been so intermittent as to be completely unreliable. We've had a few apologies and placeholders, and to be fair it does seem like a problem with Twilio, but we have had no update for weeks (despite chasing) and no sense at all of a timeline to resolve the issue. We have even been "escalated" the "leadership team", which simply resulted in a further six weeks of radio silence. Having paid Timely tens of thousands of pounds it's hard not to feel let down. I must urge anyone that might want/need prompt support to look elsewhere. We certainly are.

I’ve been using Timely in my salon for a good few years now, and I can honestly say it does not disappoint. The team are there whenever I’ve needed them with quick responses to my questions giving full me full step by step explanations and easy fixes. So good to know you have their help at your fingertips and the peace of mind it gives me is priceless.
If there is any technical issues they are straight on to it . They are very supportive of your business , also its a great sysytem to follow . Love Timely and wouldhighly recommend .
I have been with Timely for years now. They constantly add & update / improve features. I had a question about card capture and charging cancellation fees. They responded very quickly; explained what had happened and how to fix it. I was very pleased with the service & outcome.
Great system and the team respond promptly to questions

Life saver for anyone self employed!
I’ve been using timely to keep track of booking in appointments, the sms reminders and email marketing features are great, one set fee per month for the sms bundle you want so your not losing out on % from booking via links like other similar systems, the app for the phone is super handy.
customer care is prompt and so helpful.
No complaints so far ❤️

Unfortunately, our experience with Timely was incredibly disappointing.
After months of planning, onboarding, training our team, and migrating our business, we were encouraged to move our entire operation onto the platform. We invested countless hours setting everything up, only to discover that a critical function our business relied on simply did not work due to a system limitation.
As a mobile business operating across multiple locations, we made our requirements clear from the beginning. Despite this, we were allowed to proceed through the entire onboarding process before being told the issue could not be resolved.
The result was a huge amount of wasted time, disruption to our staff, and significant financial loss. We had to abandon the migration and move our entire business back to our previous system after already investing heavily in the transition.
While Timely has since acknowledged that they should have reinforced their recommendation for a staged rollout and better communicated the risks, that acknowledgement came after the damage had already been done. A refund of the subscription fee does not compensate for the operational disruption, lost productivity, and revenue impact experienced by our business.
The support staff were polite and responsive, and I appreciate the Managing Director taking the time to reply personally. However, the overall process felt unorganised and lacked the level of due diligence you would expect when onboarding a business with more complex requirements.
If your business relies on Google Calendar integrations, multiple locations, mobile staff, or anything outside a standard salon setup, I would strongly recommend thoroughly testing every workflow before committing to a full migration.
Sadly, what should have been an exciting upgrade ended up costing us a significant amount of time, money, and stress.

I can't fault these guys and I wish I'd found them years ago. I had several issues with my previous online diary system here in the UK. But Timely are a breath of fresh air. So professional and I love everything about the company. There are only 2 companies that I rate and Timely is now that 2nd one. Well done Timely!

I have been using Timely for around 10 years, and up until now I have never needed to reach out for support.
Unfortunately, after experiencing a very stressful and disruptive issue with my computer system on Saturday, I emailed through on Sunday night because I was genuinely desperate for assistance first thing Monday morning. I made sure to contact support with what I felt was plenty of time for someone to respond during business hours.
I did not receive a reply until Tuesday evening at 7pm, outside of normal business hours.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of timely support, especially after being a loyal customer for so many years. I sat with this issue all day waiting for help, and the experience left me feeling completely undervalued as a customer.
At this stage, I will be officially leaving Timely and taking my business elsewhere. I felt it was important to let you know just how unprofessional and disappointing this experience has been.
As a PMU/beauty professional in the UK, I would strongly caution anyone using Timely to carefully consider their GDPR obligations before relying on this software.
When I needed to fulfil a Subject Access Request (SAR), I discovered that extracting client consultation forms in a clear, readable, and usable format was impossible. The system provides data in mixed formats that require manual filtering and reconstruction, rather than delivering clean, client-ready documents.
In our industry, we are legally required to retain signed consultation and consent forms for years and be able to provide them in their original, intelligible format upon request. Timely does not make this straightforward.
Despite multiple requests, I was simply advised to “filter files” myself rather than being provided with a properly structured export. Once you leave the platform, meaningful support appears to stop, even when dealing with legal compliance requirements.
This creates a serious risk for UK-based beauty businesses, particularly those handling sensitive client data. Many professionals may be unaware of these limitations until they are faced with a SAR and a legal deadline.
I have escalated this matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
In my experience, this system leaves significant gaps when it comes to UK GDPR compliance, and I would strongly advise others in the beauty/PMU industry to consider this carefully before using it.
In my experience, this software is not fit for purpose for UK beauty professionals who need to remain compliant.
I went through 3 other programs to find the right fit for my clinic and Timely ticks a lot of my requirements. Plus the support is amazing. Simple platform with so many features.

Definitely consider other options first!! Something as simple as connecting with a Google Calendar became a month-long issue that was not corrected. Every year it disconnects. I can understand that there will be glitches, but the SAME ONE every year and now Timely says that I'm on my own to "FIGURE IT OUT"...WTFudge!! People, if you are looking for a CRM, your money and time will be better spent somewhere else and you can get to work instead of spending time trying to communicate with a company that's crap. PHOOEY on you Timely! And if you are gonna respond to this Timely and say "sorry for your experience," show me by sending me a real person to actually TALK to and fix the damn problem. I should NOT have to pay extra for this at this point. I have spent enough personal time and business hours trying to get this resolved. This review platform is asking for the "Date of my experience". Let's just say it was the month of March...That just about covers it.
UPDATE- Well I guess my review got a person to take a look at what the issue was ( google cal side of things ) This could have been discovered MUCH earlier by one of their customer service reps. Google is not Timely's job, but trouble shooting connection is...This whole situation took WAY too much time and energy.
