Seems like they have counterfeit goods, but customer service did a return fast and with zero complications.

I appreciate querying the internet on Vancouver Island (Canada) and got a link to getDigital.de, where I found the exact 6th generation Das Keyboard I wanted. Amazon doesn't carry it, nor anyone else in Canada. I won't buy from the USA, but Germany, absolutely! It took a little while getting here but arrived intact, looking beautiful and functioning perfectly. I just plugged it into my latest Linux system and started typing. The keystrokes are smooth and flawless. The backlit keyboard (a new feature not on my 2nd and 4th Gen Das Keyboards) is awesome. I like the solid construction and adjustable feet too. I couldn't be happier.

I have purchased mechanical keyboard replacement keycaps, that the company had on stock but was not selling in the shop. These are for a specific model of DasKeyboard, which this seller is the official distributor in Europe (I got their contact through US DasKeyboard representative). As the item was not normally sold, they sent me the personalized link. The support person I contacted was responding to every message almost instantly.
When I got the item and found out what was sent (completely unusable), I contacted them for the return, having no response at all from their support.
I have initiated my return, but having read all the other reviews, dread what will happen. I will update this review when my return finishes, but in general seems like there is no post-purchase support at all with this seller.

I placed my first order with them on Monday for a death note figure for my daughter’s birthday! It arrived today! Not only was it a great price, I cannot believe how fast the shipping was (I am in England) absolutely fantastic service and product! Will definitely be back again! Thank you 🤩

fun stuff but website "unübersichtlch

Scam, i ordered 2 pens that were not cheap, they were open and they missed a piece. One was out of ink and blue cause it was used. The other one is black and also out of ink. When you order on black friday, they say you will get a gift to match your order, and you just get some cupons for food in germany, and we dont even live in germany. I would avoid this store at all cost.

Package seal opened - stcikers put on everything. Badly repacked.

I have made 3 request for a refund, company has ignored me every time yet I am swamped in constant junk emails advertising things to buy.

well over a year later when they realised I was given a refund. how amazing. my initial emails requesting a refund has never reached them.

Got the advent calendar for 2022 and boy is it a let down. You can clearly see how every single product is something that nobody wanted or failed miserably, was thrown in some warehouse and sold for dirt cheap.
More than 100€ and its so cheap and awful. Even for a 50€ calendar this would be shocking low quality and low effort.
Never ever again. Get digital? Get lost!

I ordered a spice rack as gift on their website.
Unfortunately something broke on trying out the rack.
So I contacted them and after one day I got a response that they will send me a new one which came a week later.
The response was very polite and professional.

I think that is unfair that this website has only 3 stars. I recieved my pack on time, but the article didn´t work as expected. I phoned them, and a guy called David attended me in the most polite and proactive way I could ever imagine. He sent me another lamp that day with no extra cost. 3 days after that I had my lamp at home, everything working fine.

I got this cool tetris nightlight for my boyfriend, he absolutely loves it. There was a small issue with another product I ordered, but they fixed it fast and friendly.

Not at all impressed with service. Item was showing as being in stock on 15/12 and was informed by e-mail that it was shipped on 15/12 but in fact it was not shipped until 23/12 and will be delivered on 30/12. Useless!

The stuf i got is just like the pictures, and i got some candy and a pin with schrodinger's cat on it, as extra. It was delivered 2 days after I orderd it. And i like all of the stuf. The only negative thing is that one of the plastik things, has a little pink dot on it. But that is relly nothing compaird to the over all experience. Thx for the nerdy things !

I have ordered from this site several times and have always been satisfied. The assortment is great and shipping to Denmark went smoothly and was fast.
I have also only had good experiences with their costumer service. I have contacted them when an item was not in storage and the shipping time was uncertain, and their answers have always been very quick and very nice. I would definitely recommend ordering from this site, if you like geeky stuff :)

Very quick shipment, reliable and real time tracking, delivery deadline respected. What coul I sai more? PERFECT, as its products. Much better than italian stores, sorry to say!!!!

I contacted the seller with specific instructions for shipping (I needed the package shipped so that it would arrive near Father's Day). They told me to put it in the comment box when I ordered. They decided to completely ignore my request. I'm now haggling with UPS.
And their payment options suck eggs. Who charges a full euro to use a credit card?

EDIT: Through prompt action, Getdigital was able to arrange with UPS to have the shipment delayed after all. Rating updated from 1 star to 3 stars.
