Foto Express 

I went to the outlet at westmall on 24 Sept 23 at 205pm. I wanted to print out a mini print photo at the self kiosk, I wanted to try out myself as i did not want to bother the staff there as they were busy at that moment. I tried to do independently but i wasnt sure whether it is the right one. I approached of one of your staff for assistance but she just yelled from the side of her table and said" u read what is there and follow the instructions stated there" without asking what difficulty am i facing. Therefore, i approached a other staff to help me out even though she was also busy. She assisted me throughout. I went to make payment and told that staff that i just needed assurance that i chose the right one.It would be helpful if she could just come out of her seat and show me how isit done instead of yelling from her seat! When i asked what is her name, " she mentioned why is there a need to ask her name and im not happy, i can just go!!! And she replied and quote this" i so many times get complaint areadi". This attitude and etiquette is unacceptable and no apology from her. I regret to say that this staff is unapproachable, unhelpful and very rude.

For the past few years, I’ve been patronizing their Clementi Mall store as it seems like they are the only store in the Clementi/West Coast area. Their service has always been bad, basically doesn’t understand what customer service is. All of them at this store have the same bad attitude as if we customers owe them. Or they think they are customer instead. Last week when I went over to print PP photos, one of them who serves me was rude and unwilling to answer any questions that I asked. So when I reprimanded her, she showed me even worst attitude such as tearing of the receipt in anger and show F face. I was like “come on…are you customer or am I”!!! Made a complaint on their website but no reply cos probably this is Foto Express’s culture and practice towards customers…come if you like, otherwise F off! I swear this will be my last year time giving them business 😡

Horrible customer service. They didn't even know how to use email properly!! I went to print a document today and the customer service was really bad. They asked me to send them a copy of the document via email. But the computer was on the "sent" page me they kept refreshing that, saying they didn't receive the email. It's on the inbox page!! OMG. Then when I realised and told them that, I had already sent like 2-3 copies of it. Then without clarifying with me, they thought I wanted to print all 2-3 copies and charged me extra for that. Worst, it was printed wrongly!!! Just wow guys!!!!! It is a 3 page document and I asked for it to be printed double sided. The second page was printed upside down!! I told them that and after a while they still couldn't print it correctly. Like don't they work there? Even I can do better with my printer at home if it hadn't run out of ink. In the end, they blamed me for wasting paper and charged me for the extra copies that I didn't need, and all copies were printed wrongly!! They are the one who wasted my time and money. Horrible customers service!!!! 😡

Bad experience. Self made passport photo still cost u $4 whereas normal print is 50cents.. really is all out to eat people money! Very disappointed with local physical store photo printing service.

I'm a regular customer of Foto express since 2007, mainly for the equipment I need for the wildlife-photography. Since then it's only been good!
They are quick, cheap (for Dutch-standards), client-friendly and have a wide variety of things to choose from!

I will definitely keep on recommending them to others!
