As is usual and has always been the case. If you want to sell you phone. And get paid in a timely manner use this company. I have always sold my phones to Envirofone. And have bought phones from them too. I sent my phone on bank holiday Monday , and got paid Friday. I will always use Envirofone.

Very morally questionable business model.
Had a quote from this company for a phone I need to get rid off after upgrading, they offered the highest amount from the list of companies quoting, so accepted offer and sent off the phone, this is when it becomes clear how their business model works by making the highest offer, as soon as they've got the phone the offer is reduced as their 'engineers' find supposed wear on the screen and the offer reduced by close to 20%, seemed like a copy/paste standard response. The screen and body of the phone are immaculate and I have photos to show this. On appeal they offer a bit more but no where close to original. The phone has now been returned to me and it's missing the original manufacturers packaging it was sent in. Scam company, with very dodgy business processes, wasted my time with them.

Brilliant, the whole process was very quick and simple. I choose to have phone picked up from me with royal mail.
The next day I had money transferred, the full price offered .
Very good service, kept me upto date throughout.
For selling items I would definitely recommend and will use again.
