Beware if you are thinking of trading in your old phone.

My experience so far I accepted a revised offer on 20 July and so far still not received the payment despite receiving infrequent emails notifying me the payment is nearly complete.

If you want hasslefree recycling of your old device avoid this company!

I sent phone in Jul had email of revised offer i accepted and 31 july had email saying payment in "final stages"

Now september no payment and several emails saying they have a backlog (thats a them problem not a me problem) latest email yesterday says payment due aug 2027 - outrageous
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

If I could give it zero I would. Terrible company. I sent my phone to them back in May and I am still waiting for payment. I have had to put in a small claim to try and get my money!

Absolutely shocking sent my phone to them accepted there offer and terms and 2 months later still no payment and now their saying they won’t be making payment until April 2027!!! It what world is that legal

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SELLING YOUR DEVICES!!!!!

It is just a scam operation and nothing more. Sent them an iPhone of which they agreed to pay £75 for, and they received it on the 5th JUNE. They approved the condition and stated this is when the 14-30 day payment window would start.

Had to chase multiple times, then had an email at the start of JULY stating payment was nearly complete, and would be in the next FEW DAYS. It is now SEPTEMBER and they refuse to pay me or send my phone back.

Latest email said my payment date is JUNE 2027!!! I’ve had to raise a formal complaint as a last ditch before going to small claims court.

Traded in my second hand phone. They originally knocked the price down despite me choosing the condition which was accurate. It’s now been with them for months without payment - I’ve chased on multiple occasions, only to be told they are having delays and my payment has been prioritised (clearly not!).

I’m months down the line now, still have not been paid and I’m informed they don’t have a formal complaint procedure.

Avoid at all costs. This is clearly a scam.

Extremely disappointed with UR. I have now been told that I need to wait until July 2027 for payment, despite this timeframe never being agreed. I have also been refused the return of my devices. This is completely unacceptable, and I am now seeking legal advice regarding the matter.

Fraudulent company. Sold them 2 phones in June.

Accepted offer on the 18th June, was told "we expect [your payment] to be completed in the next 14-30 working days." Have not been paid nearly three months later despite contacting them multiple time. It's unbelievable they're able to operate like this. Clearly having cash flow issues AVOID

If there was an option to give "this so called company" less than one star then I would.
This company are completely fraudulent. Having sent my device on the 20th of June 2026 the latest email I have received today, is that I will get my money for my device on 5th AUGUST 2027!
Do not use these jokers.

DO NOT USE!!!!! I sent my phone to them on 19th of May and still have not been paid. Like everyone else said they confirmed payment of £240 then changed to £110. I have chased, I have called trading standards and sent them a letter as I was told to by trading standards which they have confirmed they’ve received and still nothing aside from excuses from Wendy. Don’t stop trying to get your money, these people can’t get away with it!

It's 73 days since they emailed to say it would be 14 to 30 days for me to receive payment. I have received a email stating my payment will be 31/08/2027. Avoid this despicable company.

iPhone 14 Plus, arrived on time & in excellent condition as stated. Phone was loose in the box though so could have been damaged, but wasn’t. Would be better if wrapped in bubble wrap.
Phone works perfectly & was easy to set up.
Very happy with purchase, thank you.
