Very good experience
Very available network, wide coverage in Brussels, reasonable prices most of the time (but sometimes totally discouraging for a phev car when start price is above 2€), correct invoices.

Unfortunately, this fee is part of the conditions of the public tender, so we have little influence over it. Also you are much cheaper and greener than any other company in Brussels. If you sold electricity to private individuals in the region (without solar panels), I would switch
