I have ordered before with no problems…
I have ordered before with no problems and my recent order has not been delivered for 2 weeks. The post office address (I use a post office box) was missed off the address label but the street address was on it so the courier could have used Google maps to locate the post office. I have been trying to contact the courier but they don’t speak English. I have asked for a refund or a replacement but the company are very slow to respond and do not speak English on the telephone! Extremely frustrating as my previous orders have been fine.

Queremos aclarar que nuestro departamento de atención al cliente sí dispone de personal que habla inglés, por lo que lamentamos si en esta ocasión no ha podido recibir la atención esperada.
No podemos garantizar la entrega de pedidos cuando se utiliza un apartado de correos, ya que determinados servicios de mensajería no realizan entregas en este tipo de direcciones, aunque también figure una dirección física.

After a 3 month waiting period
After a 3 month waiting period, which I knew about from the beginning, the company sent me an email informing me my order was ready to be shipped. Only to be contacted a couple of days later by their customer service who told me the product was discontinued by their supplier and would no longer be available. SO no order to be shipped! (YADKJWKPM)
They refunded my payment, although the issue is I lost 3 whole months, where I could have found a different solution. So this seems quite disorganized.

DO NOT believe the "48-hour delivery" promise!
The 48-hour delivery claim on this website is a complete lie. I placed my order on July 2nd, and today is July 7th, and I still haven't received my package. I reached out to customer support to find out what was going on, and they just keep giving me the same empty promise: "we will ship urgently tomorrow." They never do. Save yourself the headache and do not believe their shipping times.

Scam like experience
Terrible experience. Scam like sales. We bought an wallbox electric car charger for 731,85eur and nowhere in the product description mentioned it was an used product.We received a faulty charger that we only opened after our home construction was done it took longer than the 30 days, the materials were clearly very used and not in service. The company completely refused to acknowledge the faulty equipment even after sending photos and videos of the product.
