The ease of ordering and the quality of the Tablecloths. Received the items prior to my expectations.

Mostly everything i purchase is top notch from efavormart!!

I was looking to order personalized napkins for my daughter's wedding. I came across this site on accident. Based on mixed reviews, I hesitated initially but price was enticing enough to try. This company , by far exceeded any expectations I could have imagined in the most expensive of choices! First, they assisted me in finding the napkins and applying what my daughter requested. Shipping was ten days from order with routine updates. They are beautiful and well done. I wish I had purchased the other things we had bought for the wedding here. If you are looking for a great price, excel quality and customer service, based on my experience, try them out. I can't emphasize enough how pleased we are and they were a third less than any other sites!

This was the FIRST time I've ordered or ever heard of this company. I found them by surfing the internet. I was looking for some burgundy colored seat cushions and they did not disappoint. The material and quality was just what I wanted and the cost was reasonable. The ease of navigating through the site and receiving my items in a timely manner was spot on for me.

I’m new to the Efavormart and most of my items I purchased were really nice. I will definitely shop here again.

Awful customer service. Several boxes of vases arrived broken and when I tried to initiate a refund, I was asked for details that I could not possibly know from receiving a box of broken glass (how many pieces were broken? which vases were the broken ones?). Also, I ordered a separate set of vases for 29.99 and was charged 12.99 to pay for my own return label.

This company is absolutely awful and I will never be purchasing from them again. The experience I had was completely egregious starting with the lack of communication regarding the 6 WEEK DELAY in my order that I only found out about because I contacted THEM first. Not only did I have to request a discount on my order for the error on their part, but the 2nd order that they guaranteed would arrive on time was also delayed by 2 days and I was never able to use the tablecloths I ordered for my baby shower. Thankfully, I was smart enough to order back-ups from Amazon which you would think wouldn't be as reliable as a company such as Efavormart, but here we are. The cherry on top was having to check in regarding my refund once I returned the unused table cloths and turns out, they did receive it and were hoping I didn't notice that I hadn't been refunded. LOL. Please stay away from this company at all costs.

The product was exactly as described and high quality. It arrived promptly and was easy to work with as I used it to decorate the ceiling for my sister’s 30th birthday party. It also mattered a lot to me that it was fire-retardant material after that tragic incident in Sweden happened.
After her party, it was easily brought down and stored for any future use- it was still in excellent condition.

Easy to order from the website; great selection and quality across various types of fabrics. Efavormart ships promptly by carrier, which takes a little longer to deliver. Not sure if it is shipped within the USA.
