They should remove previous price stickers if they are going to charge well over the amount of the previous merchant. The books were in okay condition. Slightly overpriced compared to books from the same series I have purchased elsewhere.

The representative was able to respond and assist in a timely manner. My matter was resolved within 5 mins of emailing them. I am very pleased with the response time.
