I was looking for a new company to ship with a few days ago. They decided to text and email me at nearly midnight last night. I asked them to take me off their list but they proceeded to text me aga... See more

Would never used this company again. They are the biggest scam. Pickups never ho through, then try to cancel. They have 3 REFUNDS that were supposed to be "automatic " 🤣🙄. Still waiting. Their customer service is NEVER online and they mix responses so one idiot doesn't know what the other idiot said.
Canadian? Shiptime is a MUCH better option.
Very poor experience. I had asked for a quote, with all the relevant details given. Then it took them 17 days to respond. The response was totally unsatisfactory because it didn’t answer my question nor did it contain a price calculation. Totally unusable.
Again another problem. They decide to block your account without telling you leaving you scrambling to find alternate solutions. Just go with someone else. The live chat service just clearly read from a script and don’t know what they’re doing. Claim to be “easy”. Biggest headache of our operation. Avoid.
easyship is scam ,stay away from these scammer they charge extra on your shipping lable without telling you, when you create ticket with support they are well trained to stay on lying and as customer i provide them all images for the shipment what i sent and they can not provide anything when i ask them carrier records as they claim my dimensions are wrong and another thing I saw so many time unwanted charges on my billing
On February 26, 2026, my brother sent a package from the US to me in the Philippines via Easyship. It was supposed to have been delivered by March 20th. Tracking the package through their system yielded no helpful information as to its location. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted Easyship customer service, and was given a long, canned, generic response about how it may take a few extra days, blah, blah, blah. When I responded and asked where the package was, all they could say was that it was “in transit.” Well, duh. After 3.5 months of this, the package was returned to my brother with no explanation whatsoever. Then, to add insult to injury, I was informed by email that my credit card would be charged $11.50 for the return shipment. I contacted them immediately by email and told them that was totally unacceptable. I demanded they not charge me for the return shipment, and asked for a refund for the original shipment since they failed to deliver. I got one response, and then crickets. And, of course, they charged the $11.50. Horrible company. Horrible service. A complete ripoff.
Signed up after checking the rates via their public calculator, but after signing up, the prices went up by $ 100+ for the same shipment. The support claims it's live rates, and it's not the calculator rates, which is the definition of a scam. It's the same carrier account and shows the same rates for every successful api call unless manually modified to scam the visitors
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS RIPOFF COMPANY....they'll give you great rates at 1st then they'll randomly decide to drop you and they'll lock your account so you can't remove your credit card or close your account, then they'll keep on charging you till you have to cancel your credit card very shady outfit.
Quoted me 895 for shipping and seemed legit.
They changed it to a 195 deposit on credit card followed by paying the driver 500 dollars in cash with 1000 more on delivery.
Total scam company
Shady AF. Last year, a 500$ shipment was made randomly on my account to England, which I never made and I contacted support immediately - They got to me the night of and I cancelled the order, upon following the support teams instructions.
Bogus order with very shady shipment details... The order was almost immediately on a plane within an hour of being dropped off at UPS, which is near impossible.
Anyways, the support team told me I could refund all the funds in my account that were deposited without my consent. I also changed my password. The support employee prompted me to add a picture of my ID to my account which I promptly refused, explaining that my account was compromised - I'd have to be out of my godamm mind to provide my official documentation after getting scammed through there website.
Changed my password immediately and got the refund, also requested a new credit card since I didn't want to deal with this mess, not to mention that their website doesn't allow you to remove your payment information. However, a year later I see a charge of about 500$ on my credit card again... Apparently, they just put a negative balance a month after the incident, because the shipment was completed.
This is a security breech on there side if not a scam from there own company and they are liable for all this. I can't believe it and I'm trying to dispute it with their support team, if they refuse, I'm hoping Mastercard straight up enacts a chargeback. I'm even thinking of closing my Mastercard account permamently after this. I'm afraid this will go on forever and Its the first time in my 26 yo life that I've had such a complex compromise in relation to my banking accounts. Sigh.
For the last 6 months Easyship have decided to charge us for a shipment that was cancelled and never took place or delivered and also charged us a £1120 tariff for a shipment valued at £30 to ship to the USA and was £300 in total value ..Now even a 100% tariff would not come to £1120 BUT here is the clincher - the shipment was completed in September 2025, The customer received the goods and both the shipment, customs and duties and everything was paid for and closed BUT in MARCH 2026 we suddenly received this charge .. we had 4 days from receiving an email informing us of this charge to them debiting this amount from our business credit card . On receipt of the email we immediately provided evidence that there was a clear error and disputed the charge and it was still debited. It is now half way through June 2026 and they are still sending the same emails saying they are investigating the issue and that it was the fault of the shipping company UPS; who claim after contacting them ourselves; that they know nothing of the charge . Our credit card supplier has investigated the issue as well and has hit the same walls as us .. LITERALLY BOTS and no humans to resolve the issue. We were advised to close our account and block Easyship as they don't have a cut off date for shipment charges and don't have a customer service department and they can literally take money as and when they please .. .. and no amount of contacting them via email - which is the only channel to contact them, can change this . We closed our account 2 weeks ago .. and yesterday we were informed that there was a further charge for a shipment that was cancelled in March 2026 and never took place. According to their records this shipment took place 3 days ago - note at this point we have not used EasyShip since March 2026
This is fraud and theft all in the same breath.
Name one business that can afford an incorrect charge of over a £1000 and just let it lie .. it is disgraceful and and shocking that they are quick to sign you up and get your business but are nowhere to be found when there is an issue and can charge you for shipments and tariffs that are totally incorrect with absolutely no recourse for the customer.
Their online support is so slow!!! and you cannot speak t them unless you create an account
Easyship said the box was 10 lbs. more and a additional $20.08 when I contacted the carrier they emailed me saying Easyship was not charged any additional charges for this shipment, i sent easy ship the email proving this yet Easyship went ahead and charged my credit card on file anyways - SCAM! I tried to remove my credit card on file but they will not let me, its locked in! BEWARE OF EASYSHIP!
Guys please do not use this. They purposely charge higher prices so they can earn more money. When I contacted them they said they can’t change the expensive shipping routes. When they OBVIOUSLY can. Please avoid at ALL cost

Absolutely disgusting!
Booked one day shipping, took over a week to deliver! Customer service absolutely useless besides chasing you all the time on emails trying to get extra business.
Two months after the shipment they've tried to charge me another 50% of the cost for supposed weight discrepancy! The weight discrepancy based on their email was double the submitted weight! Absolutely insane since the weight was spot on and measured with a digital scale. Avoid these scammers like the plague that they are.
They were supposed to investigate the shipment delay and refund it, never heard from them on that again!
Garbage shipping service!
Card kept getting declined. Called my Credit Union to see what the issue was and they said there was no issue.
Easyship doesn't tell me the reason.
I will never be coming back to use this company.
They suspended my account for no reason and CASUALLY still keep my balance. They promised to return it to me through the credit card, but I don’t see my money back more than 7 days after. Shame. I opened dispute with my bank.
They charge a full year subscription when I was sure I had cancelled. The charge was still pending on my credit card when I saw it so it was just charged that day. I contacted support and they refused to refund.
Wanted to ship a single package. Had to wait 24 hours to get verified (for shipping a package for some reason), and then I got declined. No idea why.

Fake inflated original prices so they can then offer you a good discount.
I know what Royal Mail's prices are supposed to be. So don't lie and say they're really expensive and you're giving me a great discount. In reality you're just offering regular prices.
Do you really think your customers are that dumb?
