Never take fraud europa insurance as they like to cheat. They quoted 325 euro when I bookedthrough check24 and they are trying to take 505 euros for the same insurance.

The insurance I made turned out a sham
The insurance I made turned out a sham. After filling in the form I received eVB and insurance number. When I went to register my car the next day I was turned back, because there is no such eVB in their system. Since I made the policy on Thursday I end up with missed day of work and three extra days renting a car.

I have paid for the next quarter of the year and what I get is a cancellation of my contract which I didn't get a notification or a refund of my money and I didn't get the contract which was supposed to expire 05 2025 ,I have to make another contract insurance for my car with another company and that is not a good experience and I have nothing to say because I don't just want any stress from you guys I have make another car insurance for my car I just think you guys are not reliable which is not recommendable for anyone in search of car insurance,,,,,, it's a no for me 😭

terrible company, nothing works, the customer portal is broken - cannot get eVB or schaden. In my insurance there is no phone numbers to call them either, so you are stuck with the broken website. They don't respond to emails either. Will switch away from them this year as soon as possible.

I used check24 kfz and got suggested to use EuropeaGo. The tariff wasn’t cheap but I was expecting this as I had recently moved to Germany. However imagine my surprise that the tariff doubled after I had sent them my drivers license. Their excuses are poor and not making any sense given the documentation and tariff charges. I have now had to hire a solicitor to take action against this unlawful doubling of charges.

After 2 years of usage without any claims , they cancelled my contract when I complained that they do not recognize 8000km that I have not driven.
The Customer service are the worst , although in Germany they do not know what Customer service is :) !
