Who cares about promised delivery date ?? They don't !!

Ordered flowers on 27/08 for delivery on 01/09 (first day of the new school year) to wish my wife good luck in the new year. Despite being ordered way in advance, the flowers WERE NOT DELIVERED as promised !!! Unacceptable service, I am assuming they will be delivered next day although not even sure about that at the moment. NEVER AGAIN !!

They seem like a non existing florists!

One of my worst experiences for online orders.
On August 12th I made an order of flowers to be delivered on Aug 15th
It is now Aug 20 and the flowers have not arrived. I sent emais to customers service and got many replies promising the delivery is on its way, shoud be the in 3hours. Etc. Lots of words, very polite but no flowers. I suggest - never use them. They are fraud!!

Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service
I would give 0 stars if Trustpilot allowed it.
I paid specifically for a delivery on an agreed date, but they failed to deliver the flowers on the date promised. Even worse, the order is marked as “delivered”, despite the fact that the delivery never actually took place.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service that was not provided, and the tracking information falsely indicates that the order was delivered.
A flower delivery is often ordered for a special and important occasion, so failing to deliver on the agreed date completely defeats the purpose of the service.
I expected much better from Euroflorist. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company.

1 star for false advertising

1 star for false advertising! I ordered on time so that my friend would receive them on her birthday! According to their website, it should be delivered on that same date but I found out it will hopefully be delivered by the next day! Worst of all, these are fresh flowers and today in Belgium it is going to be 32 degrees and so the flowers will probably not be fresh anymore! Found out they are delivered by the DPD delivery service and asked them about the delivery and they mentioned nothing about extra care or anything at all that tells me that the bouquet will arrive still fresh and alive! They can at least attempt but then I found out this flower came from the Netherlands! And because of this the transit had a delay! This is just sad and disappointing at this point! I was so looking forward to surprising my friend on her special day but I guess you just can’t trust this company at all! SCAM!

Scandalous service – False advertising

I ordered a full bouquet based on the website images, but the delivered product was a sparse, poor arrangement. It completely lacked the density and volume of flowers that were advertised and paid for. Furthermore, the personal message was written by hand on a plain piece of paper with two question marks added after my name. Due to this error, the recipient did not know who sent the gift and had to contact me to verify. Charging nearly €36 for a sparse bouquet and a botched message is scandalous!

I purchased a bouquet of flowers on…

I purchased a bouquet of flowers on line in Ireland from Klantendienst Euroflorist Belgie on Friday 19th June for delivery to my friend in Brussels on Saturday 20th June. I tracked the product on line and tracking service said bouquet delivered before close of business on Saturday.

When I heard nothing from my friend I called her three days later to confirm she had received the flowers. She said she had not, nor in fact had anyone made any contact with her.

The website for Euroflorist states “that in the event that the recipient is not home you will leave them with a neighbour or in a safe place and if that cannot be done you will leave a card informing the recipient to collect them.
My friend never received a call or card yet the website said delivered . No satisfaction from customer service though they did ask me to rate them. Do not buy from this company.

Will never order anything from this site

Pictures has nothing to do with what you get. I wanted to surprise my daughter and I got surprised myself. On the picture there are eg 6 roses, and when she received only 3 roses. I had asked for a romantic card, and got a free stupid card with the name of the shop.
Very baddddddd

Birthday flowers were dead

Ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday from Euroflorist as last year we also ordered from there and everything was smooth and flowers lasted long. This was not the case for this year, when we ordered the flowers they were but into a box and delivered by DPD courier. Flowers arrived 2 days later and were basically dead. We asked for refund and they said they will send out new flowers. The second attempt was also delivered by DPD courier again in a box. As my friend was in work the parcel was delivered to some shop that only works from 9-5 and she is unable to receive these before Friday, as such likely the flowers will be dead again. Definitely will not order from there anymore!!

very bad!

I ordered six different bouquets to be delivered to various companies. All of these companies are staffed and have a permanent reception desk. Despite this, all six bouquets were simply dropped off at nearby newspaper shops.
As a result, none of my contacts were “surprised” with their bouquet as intended, they all had to go out and collect them themselves. In temperatures of 30°C, this clearly did not do the flowers any good.
The company’s explanation that the businesses were closed is simply incorrect. They also refuse to investigate the actions of their courier. No compensation was offered whatsoever.
Their email communication feels very impersonal and almost AI-generated: they only seem to half-read messages and consistently respond beside the actual questions.
Very disappointing service. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Nor reliable at all

Very disappointing experience with Euroflorist Belgium.
The main reason I chose this company was because of its good Google rating (4.1 stars), which made me feel confident using them for an important occasion. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different.
I ordered a wedding gift package (flowers, card, and Prosecco) because the company advertises same-day delivery. I placed the order on Thursday morning for delivery on Friday, well within the required timeframe.
The delivery never arrived on the promised day.
What frustrated me most was the complete lack of communication. No phone call, no email, no explanation — the order status simply stayed on “preparing” for hours.
This was meant to be a surprise wedding gift for a friend. I coordinated with the recipient’s daughter to make sure someone would be home to receive the flowers, so the failed delivery completely ruined the surprise and left me in the uncomfortable position of having to explain why no gift arrived.
I understand delays can happen, but if a company advertises guaranteed same-day delivery, customers should at least communicate when that promise cannot be fulfilled.
Based on my experience, I would not rely on this service for important occasions.

Flowers arrived dead in a heavily…

Flowers arrived dead in a heavily dented box, more than one week after dispatch and a full week after the paid-for delivery date. Do not order to the UK. Despite our building having a 24 hour concierge, Evri did not attempt delivery on original target date.

Still waiting for the delivery

Delivery did not occur on requested day nor 4 days later. Still waiting for the delivery to occur. Customer service not very accommodating or easy to reach (customer service number in Belgium is out of order). My first order from this company went fine (via a local florist), but a courier order is not advisable - I will not repeat. I have requested a refund now... very curious to see if that will happen.

Ruined mother's day with terrible flowers

I was excited to send a beautiful flower arrangement for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, my Mom received a cardboard boxes with old and dead flowers. The quality was the worst she's seen in years, stems are broken, leaves are dry and flowers are ridiculously small. STAY AWAY from this terrible company!

The delivery service is not efficient at all

The delivery service is not efficient enough for flowers delivery. Also they don’t actually deliver on the weekends. Personally I’ve ordered Thursday for Friday ( as they suggest on their website) the ordered was sent on Thursday but will only arrive on Monday. I’ve contacted the client service and they cannot do a thing even though I paid the 9,95€ for expedition. Anyways, stay far away from this website

A scam!

Ordered an expensive bouquet for our wedding anniversary, which has never arrived on time! Have tried - in vain - to contact this company via their form, which did not recognize their own order number! There was absolutely no way I could contact them. What a scam!!
