In 2 of my last orders 2 products were missing. I have filled in their online form to make them aware, but they only got back to me once to tell me they investigated it and that I should have received everything. Now I have over 40 euros of products I paid for but have never been delivered and I dont get any response from their customer support. Tried to call them but never is anyone available and the line gets cut off. Also no one is responding by whatsapp a telephone. You can make a mistake, but just solve it. Also most of the times, products that I have order are not available. Very annoying. I do not recommend ordering here. Also delivery times are NEVER what they promise you.

Easy on-line ordering process. Quick delivery to store of my choice and that means a convenient pickup for me. Love it!

I like this store, it has everything you need, I'm from a small town

I order a particular face cream and can only get it on line. I have used the website twice now and everything has been good. The product is exactly as described and arrived on time

I checked the website and noticed that some products were out of stock, so I chose others that showed no signs of being unavailable. I ordered two products and paid immediately via MBWay. The next day, I received an email from Druni informing me that one of the products was indeed out of stock and that they would refund the value of that product, which I accepted without issue.

Two days later, I received another email saying that they also didn't have the second item in stock and that they would refund both products in the order. I contacted Druni by email to find out the timeframe for the refund, but received no response.

The following day, an email was sent informing me that the refund had been processed, however, I did not receive any amount or information about the refund. I asked them to send me proof of the refund, but they ignored my request.

I request that they refund the orders that were not shipped and send me proof of the refunded amount.

My order is lost and got automatic same content messages without concrete answers.

Very fast delivery

Very disappointed with my purchase from Druni. The nail polish I received does not match the product description shown on the website.

When purchasing beauty products online, customers should be able to rely on the information and images provided to accurately represent what they are buying. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

I feel misled by the product description and would expect Druni to make sure that the products they advertise actually match what customers receive.

Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from a retailer like Druni.

Placed order for 5 items. After one week they said they were refunding one item. After 2 weeks they said that they refunding all items. Had €3 discount so lost that. Terrible company.

Good nothing special

Very horrible costumers service, they hang up on you without solving your problem or offer any solution!!!
The website promise you some promotion or discount then when you perform the order they do not apply the offers!!!
They have a very bad payment system that rejects very good Credit cards I always use all over Spain and the internet!!

Good selection of products at competitive prices. Speedy delivery and good communication.

Didn’t receive my package and customer service never got back to me

Terrible experience. Ordered over a week ago, website says it will be in my house in 48-72 hours. I have had no response from any customer service. I have called, and sent several emails. I have also asked for a refund and I have nothing. I would never order from this company again! I intend to make a written complaint in their book of reclamaciones probably instore. Awful customer experience!!!
