False advertising & deals - please report to trading standards as they are breaking consumer rules !

If you also ordered a pizza on the for….mega FORTNIGHT of any pizza £8.99 when collected OR £10.99 DELIVERED , they still charge an extra £3.50 delivery even though it clear says DELIVERED.

When I complained they said I read it wrong . They should not be allowed to get away with misleading offers!!!!

For ever 100 that’s an extra £350 for an already very rich company.

Please report to trading standard to stop this diabolical behaviour

Charging almost £50 for two Pizzas for pick up is an absolute joke, they market this and that reductions but are still ripping people off. I can get 3 days of Chinese food for that amount! I will never order Dominos again. Wouldn't mind but their pizzaz are nowhere near as nice as Pizza express!

Terrible service I ordered from the same branch same toppings more than 50 times. They gave an option to add extra base but when I saw they added an extra charge I deselected the extra and apparently it completely removed the base spent £40 to be delivered both pizzas with no base. Never will I order again from here called them and saying it your problem when they called me to tell me we don’t have the topping your order and told them no problem. Never ordering again!!! Place an order it takes awhile to arrive it’s no issue. I’m not complaining it wasn’t the most amazing pizza the following day you sent me a free code for another pizza to apologise for the delay which was delivered to me the pizza sorry, I got to place the order for my free pizza which you keep telling me about, but I have to go and collect it, what an absolute joke , what planet are you on? Giving people a free pizza for your own poor Service then making them go and collect it which is different to the original order they placed honestly you are a just a bunch of morons

Domino's in preston deepdale road absolutely awful i collected and when I got home to eat it was cold i live 5 mins away i went back and as it was a collection there was nothing they could do, there attitude was horrendous had no intention of trying to resolve the issue with the price of there pizzas they should do better wont be ordering from domino's ever again

Domino Deserve A ZERO
Just Had half , half pizza meat feast and ham and pineapple. To much tomato sauce meat feast side not enough meat. Pineapple n ham not aa nice as I remember
Who ever running these shop need training in food preparation for prices you charge is not value for the money you charge . You deliver drive want you to go to them to collect your order . Domino for me opinion is one word CRAP over priced and tasteless

We are visiting our family in Perth (Scotland) and We ordered thin crust margarita and another pizza . The margarita was totally burnt and when I rang , the manager was totally unhelpful. When I tried to explain that the pizza was burnt, I was told that is how a thin crust margarita pizza would be and that it is not burnt . I tried to explain but she wouldn’t hear any of it. Extremely disappointing ! When I tried to explain further , she just kept repeating the same explanation . No apologies even after telling her that she hadn’t apologised and no offer of replacement pizza ! The most unprofessional manager I have ever come across ! Such a shame as the pizza itself was quite tasty but will not order from them especially a thin crust !!!

Went to dominos in Peterborough town centre and a fat manager was screaming at this poor employee. what the hell is wrong with people.

OMG! This Domino's is horrible (Don't use anything but cash) I called the manager (Michael)to complain. My debit card was charged twice. Michael hung up on me. I will never use any Domino's again! 9th and North Ave Grand Junction

We paid for 3 pizzas and they gave us only 2 pizzas.
We paid for the deal very disappointed. Also they were racist and said that we belong to Pakistan and that's the problem

I had a minor issue with my pizza, if anything I was just being a bit picky as it was for my daughter. I called, they answered immediately, told him the issue, he listened to me, didn't try tell me I was wrong and immediately said he'll rectify it by redoing my order.

Customer service is second to none.

Really disappointing experience with Domino’s Bramley.

We have now had the same issue several times where the Burger Sauce is missing from our half of a Cheeseburger Pizza. The sauce is included by default, and I have actually recorded the ordering process showing this. I even provided the evidence to the store manager, Dylan.

Unfortunately, the biggest frustration is how the issue has been handled. Rather than investigating it, we have repeatedly been told that we are wrong. On our most recent occasion, Dylan initially told us that selecting “No Sauce” would show this on the receipt. We provided the receipt, which did not say this, and his explanation then changed to saying the receipt should show “1 Burger Sauce”.

Domino’s could verify this themselves by looking at the order configuration in their system and seeing exactly what is selected by default. Instead, we have been repeatedly dismissed and expected to make a trip back to the store to correct something that should have been right in the first place.

At this point, the missing sauce isn't even the main issue. It is the way the complaint has been handled and the refusal to acknowledge what appears to be a clear issue with the ordering process.

I have contacted Domino’s directly and hope they actually investigate this properly.

Ordered a pizza at Domino's in Stamford, Lincs town centre. Offered a £20 note to which they refused, and they pointed to a small sign for card only. They refused the coin of the realm. If they don't like England why don't they leave and let a more patriotic company take their place. Pizza was good but won't be going there again.

It took 2 hours to get two simple pizzas. The app was terrible. The people in the shop terrible and the driver unbelievably bad.
Never again will I order from there.

Can't believe never had experience like today,Place an order for two pizzas with my Wisbech post code Went just now to pick up they said pizza has allocated to Long Sutton and but already 11pm I asked maybe they can make here because Lung Sutton closed I have been told collect tomorrow,but I am hungry now id**** now I understand why lots of people had enough with Domino pizza,hope that guy whi said that not gonna have dinner tonight 🤞🤣

New chicken and pesto pizza is so vinegary it's impossible to eat, no sign of chicken
