Given a date for delivery no item arrives. Trying to contact the company or a person is pointless just full of bots or people who couldn’t care less. Please stay away and the range should be ashamed getting customer trapped up with a third party

Not the best but a good product thanks..!!

Had acoustic panels fitted in what used to be our garage, now a proper little recording space for my partner's music hobby. Genuinely reduced the boom you get in a small concrete room. Colour options meant we picked something that didn't look out of place next to the rest of the equipment in there.

I liked the combination of design, functionality, and value offered by Doodle Products. The website made it easy to find what I was looking for, and the product information gave me a good idea of what to expect. The order arrived well protected and the delivery team was careful and professional. The furniture has fitted nicely into the room and feels sturdy in daily use.

If I could score them nothing I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY tried to diddle me out of 250 with the cheap crap lousy furniture which was just snapping in half. I ordered of the range website and luckily they stepped in after a month complaining because this company was ignoring me and trying to keep my money and the range have now fully refunded me.

I ordered 2 set of drawers although they arrived on time. The drawers are really bad quality and badly made. The screws don’t fit properly, even had to glue stuff together ourselves as nothing aligned.

I bought an ottoman bed for my daughter 7 months ago. The lifting mechanism broke and they won't replace it as it had a warranty of 3 monhhs. My fault for not doing due diligence but who the hell has a 3 month warranty on anything. In my opinion it seems they are more or less expecting it to break after a short period. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shame on The Range too by association.

If I could give zero starts i would! I ordered a grey rattan garden set from the Range which was fulfilled by Doodle Products.
What arrived was a black set - not the right colour. worse, it arrived completely damaged because the courier DPD falsified the delivery record. They claimed it was left with a neighbour when in fact they actually THREW a 23kg box over my garden fence which was clearly marked FRAGILE. The packaging burst open and the furniture was scuffed.
I have emailed Doodle Products directly to arrange a collection and refund for their mistake and they have completely ghosted me. No reply, no phone number, no accountability. They are happy to take your money but will disappear the moment they send you broken goods.
I am now having to involve Klarna to get my money back because this company is a disgrace.Save yourself the stress and buy from literally anyone else.

I ordered a wooden bed base, from Doodle, through the Range market place. The box was left outside my door, and had a gaping hole in one end. I took photos before opening the box. Inside, the bed parts were fine, but there were no fittings and fixtures for it. I asked the range for help, and was eventually advised that my details had been sent to Doodle products. I requested the fixings and provided photos of the damaged box. I haven't heard anything back from them. I now have a completely useless bed, and am out of pocket......

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ESSPECIALLY THROUGH THE RANGE. DELIVERY HASNT ARRIVED, THE RANGE YOU CANT SPEAK WITH ANYONE, THEY RESPOND TO A MSG 4 HOURS+ AND ASK FOR DETAILS EVERY MESSAGE. TRIED TO CALL DOODLE PRODUCTS THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, AND SEEING THESE REVIEWS I AM NOW DEMANDING A REFUND AND COMPLAINTS POLICY !!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!
