Poor communication
After receiving my order confirmation, I noted there was an incorrect phone number. I emailed the company and got an automated reply saying they were on holiday. I emailed again a few days later and eventually got a response to say it would be corrected, but it was not and I did not receive any contact re delivery etc.

Overall excellent bed
Overall excellent bed, bought ottoman storage bed frame only. Really good quality and value for money. The email responses to questions were vague and a bit inaccurate about dimensions, but upon phoning, the lady we spoke to was exceptional, and answered all questions and went out of her way to help. There was a mix up with the delivery date, it arrived 2 weeks early, but luckily we were in. It also had a wrong part but service was good and a new part arrived the following week. The feet of the bed were different than in the picture (black instead of silver, round not square) but I actually preferred them. The base of the ottoman storage is also not attached to the frame which should have been advised as it leaves a gap for dust to get in, but overall delighted with the bed.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new bed. It was delivered exactly on time. The delivery guy was so pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a pleasant experience when we started putting the bed together. I had expected it to be a nightmare, when it turned out to be a dawdle. It looks a lot more expensive than it was. By the way we are in our 80s.
