Rude customer service lady
The customer service lady that I last spoke to, was VERY RUDE.
I was tried to explain the problem and that I needed confirmation in writing about my order cancellation.
But she was very impatient, spoke to me as if she’s tired of being service minded, she was very rude and not understanding.
She was not helpful and in the end, while I was still speaking, she spoke rough & very rude and just hung up the phone call on me ; cutting the line conversation.
This is bad customer service. Not professional at all.

Great service
Great service, all good and pretty good knowledge of it all. But they made me pay twice and now I have to go back to request one of the payments back.

Be careful, they have fees that you may not notice and it became compounding my 49kr became 1200kr.
Updated: In response to CBB. I understand, but do you read terms and conditions? I doubt how many people do it! Because it was a 49kr subscription not a property purchase. I agree you have sent emails I should have checked that's my fault I missed those as those was with other promotional emails. But, as you have customers personal number couldn't you just give them a call? We all know these are common mistakes that customers make and many companies taking advantage of that.

In our terms and conditions you can read all about it.
Subscription payment, that is failed, or extra charges made on your subscription, that is not included, needs to be paid straight away.
If you do not - you are absolutely right - we charge you late fees.
However, we write you a lot of times to inform you, that you have an outstanding amount, that needs to be paid, before the payment is sent to a debt collection agency.
It is your responsibility to pay your bills, and to check your e-mail.

I am recommending all the customers of CBB to be careful of this company. It is the fraud company. They charged me 450 dkk just to send 3 messages. What do you think, is it reliable? I am too helpless now. It is not small money that they just pulled from my account. This is totally fraud company

I do not have any ( Et resultat af lotteriet) still. but I can tell you CBB is best one in Denmark. I have CCB sim card for 19 years, from 2007. And they are very very nice. Good quality. good price. good service. better than all other company in Denmark. I have tried others also. The CBB are best. I hope they open physically office in Aalborg to be more easy contact with costumers.
