I was a little nervous buying this kit, given some of the reviews. However I have been pleasantly surprised!
Delivery was 7 days and packaged well.
Bricks had no malforms or damage. All present and correct.
Instructions were fairly easy to follow, helped by downloading them onto a tablet and zooming in.
Really pleased.

They will cancel half your order, ship it anyways, and then ghost you when you try to contact them... Been 1.5 weeks with 2 e-mails, still nothing.

Now I'm forced to pay full shipping again to complete my order...

I'd rather buy GoBricks next time, more expensive shipping from China, takes a few weeks to arrive, but at least my order will be complete!

The reply from BlueBrixx said they couldn't find anything, I had already contacted them and they said they "can't/won't do anything about it" in the end...

Always missing parts and the customer service is doing nothing about it .

I contacted them several times and they never come back to you .

Das finde ich ja toll das Bluebrixx auf "Trustpilot" geantwortet hat , zumindest da sind die schnell.
Allerdings hilft das wenig , da ich nach 5 Wochen immer noch keine Antwort oder den Ansatz mir mit meinem Problem zu helfen .

It was a good experience, there was no problem with your website, I didn't give 5 stars because I only saw that I owed Canada Post some money just before they made the delivery. I would have appreciated it if you had warned about that when I was doing the order, since the package was a gift and I didn't want the recipient to have to pay the final payment.

Ordered the Common Swift from BlueBrixx. The order arrived rather quickly but the problem I have is that all of the bricks are just thrown into a random assortment of bags. This made it difficult and slow to find the correct pieces.

Also the build is not as stable as you’d expect. I actually had to glue elements together otherwise they wouldn’t stay put.

Unfortunately these issues made it not the most fun thing to build and puts me off ordering more in the future.

Waited 3 months for their courier to arrive - nothing turned up, and will not give a refund.

Beautifull products, honest webside, good service and that all for a very reasonable price.

I stumbled across BlueBrixx whilst looking for a birthday present. They had exactly the set I needed to give someone a little taste of childhood and nostalgia. Placing the order and the delivery process went absolutely smoothly. The product is of excellent quality and lives up to all its promises. I’ll definitely be shopping there again in future.

Excellent value and detail. Four intricate sets for an extremely affordable price, online manuals very legible, packaging safe but simple and environmentally mindful.

The product itself is superb: alas there has been a continuing problem with the on-line assembly instructions - I have only been able to list the parts inventory (I have tried again today - same result)

Eventually I lost patience and have made a most satisfying model using the side- and front-elevation photos in the on-line description.

Up to about a week before actually receiving the model, I COULD download the instructions in their entirety, but had to download afresh every time I wanted to see certain aspects in detail.

Quality of both builds has been great. Delivery was nice and quick. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I will be ordering more in the future.

The sets and instructions were clear and fun to build I'm very happy with the sets i purchased. The only part that was frustrating was something outside of BlueBrixx's control, the shipping to the US. However, I was able to find a third party to help ship the sets to me and I have a great desk ornament now!

Excellent quality and great build experience

Terrible customer service. I did not receive all my parts and weeks after me notifying them of my issue it’s only radio silence from this company. I do not recommend buying from Bluebrixx.

Missing pieces, broken pieces and terrible and staying together, worst of all they don’t have the decency to email you back 3 times and missing pieces form I’ve filled out and heard absolutely nothing, Also been blatantly ignored in the instagram comments when I’ve ask them to reply, had an extra £44.12 charge from royal mail to deliver the items and they don’t have the decency to message back about the issues, stay away from this company !

Fast payment processing, delivery was ok and overall a great experience. Highly recomend it.

The packets are not numbered, so it is an enormous task to find out which parts to use. Especially for the bigger model with more than 3.000 parts.

I received two sets without the building instructions.
