Beliani tried to not refund my order. I ordered an item that was the wrong size, and requested a return immediately. They tried to deny me a the full compensation, offering half of the cost of the product only in gift card form, despite the return request occurring in the 14 day period. Not until I said that I had the right to the full amount based on their return policy did they give me my compensation. Felt very scam-y and I will never buy something from them again.

I bought an outdoor sofa. It started to corrode after 1 month. It stands on a terrace and this was during the month of june with almost no rain.
Belaini claims that their outdoor furniture is so delicate that it can not be outside. In 35 years of buying furniture I never experienced worse quality. Stay far away from belaini unless your outdoor furniture stay inside and make sure you control the moisture inside.

Bought set of 2 Dining Chairs. The price was affordable and the quality is pretty good and comfortable. Purchasing experience was easy and fast. The delivery was on time and within few days the products were arrived. I'm very satisfied with the chairs.

What I like the most is the responsive customer service and the diversity of the products available in the website. According to my experience, they were quick to respond and solve our issues. We have purchased some lights, chairs, and tables and they were all good and for the table that I had a problem with, they also took care of it and resolved the issue. I am an ongoing customer with them and purchase more things in the future.

I ordered a beautiful bed and it was delivered super fast. The material was of great quality.

I got a standing desk, solid build and great quality.

I received a lounge set in ratten that was partly broken and 2 of the cushions was stained. Beliani offered me on new piece (the divan ) but I had to pay for de delivery my self. For the delivery they wanted me to pay 350 Euro. I could not use the 2 years warranty while the say it is a damage caused during delivery, but they won't take responsibility for that as I didn't open the package within 24 hours of delivery. I would say this furniture has been at another customer before I received it.
Support are extremely rude when you talk to them and refuses to help. I would never recommend this company to anyone else as they refuses to take responsibility. Don't ever buy anything from them!!

My last purches from Beliani is a lovely double coffee table nade of superior quality glass framed with golden inox .it came in a well protected package thick box and was easy to assemble, i done it by myself with no issues. Its a very elegant item giving my lounge a luxury appearance and its own transparence -the impression of more space around the room. Also looks more expensive than it actually was. I cant be more pleased as i got "all in one" being lucky by bumping in this Company last year and bought my sofa bed from it,
i can not recomand it MORE, its ticking all the boxes to me. My next purches will be a rocking chair to match the sofa.

Fast delivery and the product is exactly as described. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order again.

I ordered two things: Office chair and a desk. 1 of 2 was delayed a month. Second thing, one part for the desk was wrong construction so needed to wait a whole month for a new part... TO SHOW UP WITH THE SAME ISSUE. And I had to contact the customer service around 8 times to ask when it would be delivered. The office chair I havent even opened yet cus I am so pissed.

But here I am, waiting to contact the customer service again tomorrow morning and probably wait another month.. I think I am just gonna return everything at this point.

This was the worst experience ever. Don't buy from this company.

Ordered a BLOODSAVE Glucose tester from this company. Took ages to turn up then it was the wrong part. The company offered me anything to the same value . Total waste of time and don't advise dealing with them. Very useless.

quick delivery, good-looking furniture

Deceiving marketing with promise of cashback. The voucher is sent out only after the right of return has run out, with additional information about voucher limitations. No understanding from customer support. Really shitty way of selling.

I have ordered a lamp almost 2 months ago but I haven't received it yet. Every time I send message to them, they repeat that they are contacting to the shipping company and will update me. But I still haven't received my lamp and no update.

I issued an order on 2025-10-14. Today is 2025-11-24. There is no news on the delivery (only that it was shipped 2025-11-14). Customer support keeps giving useless answers despite my multiple attempts to reach out. I am not sure whether my order will ever arrive, but I do not recommend ordering from this site.

Damaged products, delayed delivery, incorrect instructions for how to put the furniture together, no help at all from customer support. Worst company I've ever been in contact with. I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy from this company.
