I was happy with their items but I have noticed that one of my bed sheets of "180cm width" is more like 160cm width. It's not that old, and the length fits perfectly, so I don't think It shrunk, maybe the wrong label on was put on my sheet?

Disappointing on this occasion
Bambuni have good products but in the sale a few weeks ago, they let me order something which simply hasn't appeared. i bought a flannel as an extra - that arrived a few days later, but there is no information on when the main part of the order might arrive. If the product wasn't in stock, website shouldn't have pretended that it was.

Not what I expected
I like the eco friendly packaging with zero plastics. Shipping was very fast.
Easy return process, once you find it on the webpage (but no information about that with the received item, I had to do a little digging).
