Different colors different size!
Normally I liike their socks so I bought some panties in two colors same size (XL). Not only were they really very big, the nude ones were significantly bigger than the black ones; as much as full size of difference!!! Both were labeled as the same size. I wanted to return them at no cost as I think this is not acceptable, I sent a message with no answer after 3 days

Incorrect size sent 2 times in a row
I have ordered something and received the incorrect size. Sent it back and as a replacement I got the same incorrect size again. Then I gave up and they gave me back my money.

"Bambus" tøj har intet med bambus at gøre. Derudover har deres sengetøj elendig pasform.
Fra The Federal Trade Commission (FTC):
“Products were made of bamboo when they were really made of rayon (viscose). In addition, some bamboo wannabes were promoted as environmentally friendly. But manufacturing rayon — even when it’s made from bamboo — is far from a “green” process.
Rayon is a man-made fiber created from cellulose found in plants and trees and processed with chemicals that give off hazardous air pollution. Any plant or tree can be used as the source of the cellulose, including bamboo, but the fiber that’s created is rayon.”
The FTC further adds:
“Unless a product is made directly with bamboo fiber — often called “mechanically processed bamboo” — it can’t be called bamboo.”
Again from the FTC:
“When bamboo is processed into rayon, no trace of the original plant is left. Although a bamboo plant can resist the growth of bacteria, there is no evidence that rayon made from processed bamboo is also antibacterial.”
Konklusion: Bambuni's påstand om at deres tøj er antibakterielt har ingen hold i videnskaben. Derudover er der intet bambus tilbage i stoffet, efter det er blevet kemisk behandlet og lavet til viskose.

Vedrørende din kommentar om, hvorvidt vores tøj har noget med bambus at gøre: Vores produkter er lavet af bambusviskose. Dette betyder, at fibrene i stoffet oprindeligt stammer fra bambusplanten, men gennemgår en kemisk proces for at blive omdannet til viskose - Vi anvender et closed-loop system, hvor de anvendte kemikalier genanvendes og recirkuleres. Dette minimerer miljøpåvirkningen betydeligt sammenlignet med konventionelle metoder.. Vi forstår, at dette kan skabe forvirring, da den endelige fiber ikke længere indeholder den oprindelige struktur fra bambusplanten, men vi sikrer, at vores materialer oprindeligt er baseret på bambus.
Med hensyn til antibakterielle egenskaber: Vi angiver ikke længere, at vores produkter er antibakterielle. Hvis du har set denne påstand, kan det være fra en tidligere tekst, som vi har opdateret for at reflektere den mest aktuelle information.
