Busbud was fine and I managed to find good value on the journey from NY to Boston by bus and the return journey by train. But the customer service needs improvement in terms of dealing with queries - they rely too much on bots which in my experience are worse than useless and a reason to just disconnect as they take you around in pointless circles with no resolution

Appalling service and customer support. This is the second time we've booked a trip through your platform and we are facing the exact same issue all over again: buses that don't show up, broken connections, and total abandonment late at night at the station with zero assistance or solutions from the operators. Absolute lack of professionalism. We demand a full and immediate refund of our money for this repeated breach of service.

Luggage conditions too limited
We are happy we have 4 tickets and after completely logging in and viewing the tickets, we are able now to read the luggage conditions of our bustrip of Buenos Aires to Iguazu. Unfortunately it appears that we may only tanende one suitecase max 15kg and one personal bag max 5kg. We feel one extra small suitecase as allowed in a plane of Max 8kg would be reasonable.
