I was very happy with the outcome of…

I was very happy with the outcome of our trip, among others beacuse the agency did everything to follow through with it despite the Covid-19 crisis. The staff I was in contact with was helpful and efficient, both online and on the site. We also appreciated that we could use both a mobile app and a printed Road Book as a helping tool for our hikes - if one failed (e.g. momentary app crash), we could combine with the printed version. I found the mobile app more accurate otherwise. The destination we chose was wonderful - Madeira is a unique island, full of contrasts, good food, excellent hikes (if you don't have knee problems) and friendly locals. I would recommend travelling with Allibert Trekking without a hesitation!
