First of all, all team members who were dealing me and my family are extremely friendly and of course professional as well especially the guy named Delshad inspired us a lot. His commitment, dedication and professional honestly has had no match so was simply Nonsuch.
He abided by his words at every stage till the car delivery. And during those three days of the car being fully inspected again, eventually being fixed and being delivered, he was instantly available for our complete satisfaction.
Now we have made our mind whenever we buy the car, we would simply be going to Autoone.

BEST SERVICE BY AUTOONE, BAD SERVICE BY AUTOTORVET VODSKOV!

I was booking an online test drive for a Tesla 3 Long Range on December 9 at 14:00 through autouncle.dk, and I received a confirmation email from autotorvet (without a sender's name) on December 9 at 10:07 that confirmed the appointment.
The test drive was scheduled for December 10.
In the email regarding the booking, the system requested my postcode so they could see that I live in Copenhagen, which means I’d have to drive all the way to Vodskod—about a 4.5-hour journey plus charging time.

When I arrived, someone attended to me and began checking the system, but I could hear him talking on the phone with a colleague. After he hung up, he informed me that the car I wanted to test drive had already been sold, and that was it 😳

There was no further explanation about who sent me the email, and there was no SORRY, or interest in accommodating a potential buyer like me who had driven all that way for 5 hours.

I then had to insist that he show me other available cars since I was already there. After looking at one car, I asked him to make me a price offer to exchange my current car, a BMW iX3. He promised to inform me of the offer within an hour, but by the next day, I still hadn’t heard anything.

Few days later, I then found another car dealer in my city, AUTOONE, which had similar car.

When I contacted them, their sales rep named Pajtim was very helpful, sharp in service, and provided a good deal along with clear explanations about the car and the everything in general.

I ended up buying the car the same day and am now happy with it. Thank you, AUTOON, for your assistance and good service! Highly recommended.

We've bought a Nissan here about a month ago. We received great help from the AutoOne Sales team, and also their mechanics. Since we're not locals, a lot of the rules and processes were unknown to us and we got great advice and help to navigate this.

Unfortunately we did experience quite a few mechanical issues with the car itself. But this is where I believe the AutoOne service really shines. They helped us extremely well with all the issues we encountered. They were quick to respond to calls and e-mails. They also managed to make room for us in the mechanics schedule to quickly investigate and resolve our issues. We are now very happy with the car and how all our questions and issues were handled.

I was forced to sign additional insurance that I already was covered for. 300€.
The service refused systematically both process, knowingly putting pressure on every customer on site, me with a toddler at my hand. The car was unsafe: warn signals and service signs ignored, tire pressure we had to do and refill of necessary fluids (cooling) refilled to bare minimum because I insisted.

Rather take the train out of Napoli I was recommended because no tourist receives troublefree cars in Napoli.

I don't speak Danish yet, so the review will have to be in English.

My wife and I moved from the US (Chicago) at the beginning of this month and it was very important to us that we get a car at the best price from someone we felt we trusted. We looked all around, and honestly - it seems that in Denmark there is very little change in the price cars between dealers - We were able to guess the "out the door price" from every dealer that we went to. So - we decided to simply look for a car that was in good condition that we liked, and buy from someone that we trusted.

We happened upon AUTOONE and Dawan because of a car listed on the internet and from the beginning he was very helpful, and I didn't feel as though we were being lied to just for being foreign. He was especially kind using English for all of our transactions. The staff at his shop was quite nice and helpful, and he has held up his end of all the agreements we made before signing the contract. He helped translate the contract (written in Danish) to English to help me know exactly what we were signing up for, and when my father (a native Dane, living in Randers) looked over the contract it seems that everything he told us was true and he had left nothing out.

Since that time he has continued to be helpful in the very few little things that have popped up (realized I was missing some paperwork, I felt that after driving for 40 km I realized the car had a slight misalignment, etc), and he has fixed all of my concerns.

I am very happy I bought a car from him and not from a typical American-style "business" car dealer with people who don't seem to care at all, and people who I couldn't trust.
