I’ve been a customer of Aura Monaco for a while now, and I use their products for all of my clients’ Korean Lash Lift treatments. The quality is outstanding, and I’ve been extremely happy with the results and consistency.
I also want to thank the Aura Monaco team for their kindness and understanding. Due to unexpected circumstances, I wasn’t able to complete my training within the original 3-month access period. They generously extended my access for another 3 months, which I truly appreciate. That level of customer care means a lot.

Amazing customer service
There was an error with one of the tests in the online course, so i wrote to them and got a very fast answer and they solved the problem for me right away, no problems.
Mistakes can happen, but they handled it so well they where very sweet and helpful. Amazing customer service!

Products are very easy to use with just a little bit of practice it is easy to get the hang of it! I don’t love the idea of mixing but it’s worth it for a product that is gentle on the lashes. You also don’t have to worry about the unpleasant smells

The lessons of the UV lamp course were very easy to understand, good products and euli are very quick with the answers when you need help. You will also not receive a diploma if you do not work for it. Make sure you practice a lot. They are very rigid about this. Your customers must have the best result. Recommended with love.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The package took a little longer to arrive because one of the items was out of stock, but I was informed about this right away. They explained everything clearly and kindly, and also apologized for the delay.
The package then arrived safely, and I am very happy with all the products. The results are beautiful, and everything was also very nicely packed and well protected.
