I purchased Sheldon LC Merino socks…
I purchased Sheldon LC Merino socks with order number #norf12068. The first time I wore them, without any outdoor hiking, just a short walk in Crocs sandals, the seam came undone.
This level of poor quality is unacceptable for such an expensive product.
I have many orders, but I am not considering purchasing more due to both the poor quality and the company's lack of communication.

No Warranty: Poor Quality and Completely Ghosted by Support!
I fell for the marketing lie regarding "high quality." After purchasing multiple pairs, I can confirm these are a complete waste.
The fit is objectively poor. They fail to hug the foot properly, causing constant slipping and zero support, which is unacceptable for a brand claiming performance engineering.
The physical results are even worse. Despite their claims of comfort, I consistently suffer from blisters and bleeding whenever I use them.
I attempted to contact customer support to resolve this, but they have ignored my messages entirely. They clearly have no interest in standing behind their product.
Don't be fooled by the inflated Trustpilot ratings, they are totally misleading and do not reflect the actual quality. I regret this purchase and advise everyone to stay away.
I will update this review if they actually provide a solution, but I doubt they will.
