This is an update to my last review of none of us, which had one star. As of today I have received my clothing from the brand and the clothes are really good, comfortable, and heavyweight. This brand would be in my top 3, and I would order again, if there weren’t so much terrible issues with the shipping.

It took a months to ship. And I believe the only reason they shipped my shit was because I sent a notice to them to sue. 😂

Over all I wouldn’t buy from this brand, u less you want to wait 50 years for ya clothes.

The delivery was awful, but on top of that, the jogging pants aren't even the right ones—or at least they don't look like the picture. Seriously, what the hell is this? I'm disgusted. Never again!

Takes forever for them to ship. If you’re even lucky to get it shipped.

When you contact them, it’s just the same answer “we are busy, should be shipped soon”

0 customer service, it’s just a money grabbing business pushing new drops every month while people have been waiting MONTHS for their things to get shipped..

Order from their 5yrs drop, only bought a long sleeve on the 12th of April and I haven’t received it a month later. I have emailed the customer service and no response. Please don’t buy from them as the clothes they make aren’t worth this wait.

I should’ve stuck with my gut instinct 🤦‍♂️. In November I was thinking of buying a tracksuit of NOFS, I went on trust pilot and seen some videos and seen so many negative comments and feedback. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do, but i really wanted to order something. I thought maybe its just some little issues or rarely it will happen, or shipping will be like month ish which is fine for me, not to bothered by that.

So in end of November i just thought id order something seen as tho there was sale. I was in a 50/50 position, I had to decide in 1 minute and I just thought im just going to do it. Looking back thank god, I didnt spend more than £70 as I know some people have spent over £250.

Its been 3 and half months and still no shipping updates or anything and looking at the comments on instagram and on tiktok many people are very frustrated just like me. This is why some people are just not built for certain stuff and which is why I know being a clothing brand owner is much harder than people think.

Wish it would arrive by a couple weeks time, I am hoping. But this is a big SCAM or PROBLEM should I say!!!

Terrible customer service and wrong item sent

I had a very bad experience with this brand. I ordered a black hoodie, and instead I received a navy blue one. The mistake was clearly on their side.

Since then, I have contacted customer service several times by email, and they simply do not reply. No solution, no explanation, nothing. This is especially unacceptable because they have a 14-day return policy, and I am wasting time waiting for answers while the return window is running out — for an error that THEY made.

To make things worse, this was a Black Friday order, it arrived only about a week ago, and now it’s already January 22. After all this waiting, receiving the wrong item and being completely ignored by customer support is incredibly frustrating.

Very disappointing experience. Nice products maybe, but awful customer service. I will not order again and I do not recommend this brand.

Order placed on Nov. 28th and still waiting for the tracking number on 09.01.2026!
Received a number of mails from them, claiming how hard they are working...
They seem to be hard at work, ignoring my emails and telling customers the same bullshit story over and over again.

Order placed and fully paid on 28.11.2025. Weeks later: still no tracking, no shipping confirmation, no delivery date. Nothing.
What I did get were endless excuses. “High volume”, “working 24/7”, “worth the wait”. At some point this stops being an explanation and starts being an insult to the customer’s intelligence.
They even brag about having a WhatsApp group where they show how they’re “working around the clock” and “not seeing their families”. That’s not transparency. That’s guilt-tripping customers instead of actually shipping paid orders.
If you’re overwhelmed, stop selling. If you can’t ship, refund people. Don’t drag this out with motivational messages and vague promises while holding customers’ money for over a month.
All talk, no delivery. Completely unprofessional. Avoid.

I bought a Christmas present more than one month ago. Still nothing, no tracking number nothing. I think this company is a scam. Mind you it was worth almost 100€.

The worst quality jumper. I ordered it for close to 90 euros and I swear to god temu quality is better! What a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. NOT LIKE THE PICTURES WHAT SO EVER.

Quality is world class, perfect for winter and summer actually and tough pieces btw💯💯

The same as for the other people who left a review, they made a mistake on the colour, I asked for an exchange via their customer service never got a reply! du SCAM

I ordered twice, in the first time the hoodie came in the wrong color, I contacted them, and they suggested a solution I said okay but they didn't answer anymore. the second time I ordered a hoodie and it came in the wrong size again I sent them an email and they ignoring me!

I ordered a tracksuit from here a couple of months ago, it took about 4 weeks to arrive. When it came they had sent the wrong hoodie. I emailed and explained, they then said to send it back and they would refund me the cost for return as it was going all the way to Germany. They never sent me a refund and then it took about another 4 weeks for them to send me out what was meant to be the correct hoodie. They ended up sending me ANOTHER pair of the joggers!! I emailed AGAIN and have said I now have two pairs of joggers and still no hoodie and have not been refunded for the return I had to do because of THEIR mistake!! And now they are not replying back to my email!! Definitely would not recommend them, the communication is terrible and they can’t even send out correct orders!!

My son ordered a jogger and a hoodie. It took Noneofus more than 2 months to ship and they shipped only the jogger whereas he was told that they would offer a T-shirt to him due to the delay.
I DO NOT recommend this brand at all. Not trustful, I had to send email myself because they didn't reply to my son. I also had to pay to send the item back.
Plus the quality is really poor. Stay away from this brand.

Scam. My son hasn't got money and did some jobs for me to buy a tracksuit. For the ones that scammed him I hope you get back what you have done to him . My son is autisic and effects him alot. Well done scammers I have to pick up the peicea now . Thanks alot .

bought it as it was on ''discount'' but never received a confirmation email by them, contacted them and they never answered. their website is full of scam reviews and bot reviews. dont buy from them!!! its a scam!!!

Ordered NOFS tracksuits for my son. They do not look like the ones in the picture! There are very obvious difference between the item ordered and one received. The response to my request for a refund was no complaints about quality before and you to pay for return costs to somewhere in Asia which they acknowledge is expensive! Still don't know where their ware house is but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order for a Black Tracksuit on 16 December. At time of ordering it stated on their website delivery would be before Christmas. When tracking the order it stated it was still in transit yet NOFS Customer Service kept saying it was out for delivery to my address. As it was unlikely to arrive prior to Christmas I had to buy an alternative tracksuit as it was a present for my Grandson. The NOFS Tracksuit finally arrived on 27 December. When trying to invoke the refund procedure I was told I would have to pay the return fee to the NOFS warehouse even though they failed to meet the delivery terms of my order. First time I have used NOFS and will not be using them again after this experience.
