I haven't received my trousers and no one has been responding to me for more than 2 weeks. I ordered a tracksuit for my daughter's birthday. The trousers were small. They answered me when the refund period expired, but they opened an exchange for me. I returned the trousers and they sent me a new order. But I did not receive this order. Although it's clear from their track that I should have received it back in mid-September. They don't answer me, I've already written to them 2 times.

Super bad customer service, I emailed and messaged them multiple times and still no reply. They don’t help with any issues.

I returned a pair of pants
I returned a pair of pants. They won't answer me and wont refund me. It's been 2 months since the pants were delivered at their warehouse. They scam people. don't ever buy from them. Luckily I have a friend of a big newspaper who will write about them soon.

Support are rude and not helpful
Support are rude and not helpful. I have bought a tracksuit which I have returned to them and they are refusing to send my money because apparently it has not reached the warehouse. Makes absolutely no sense and I can see other people have experienced the same thing on here. DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING FROM THESE THIEVES.
