i returned my package all the way from…
i returned my package all the way from the netherlands on my own cost, and they werent present at the time of delivery 2 times so they couldnt accept my return. why would a warehouse that accepts returns ever be closed? i now lost out on a €100 package. when i emailed them about it they blamed it on me by telling me they couldnt accept it because they needed some kind of code. when there was never a code, the carrier emailed me 2 times that they weren’t present, so it couldn’t be delivered. they did not offer me any kind of compensation or even an apology

We receive dozens of packages every day at our warehouse from various carriers. Your carrier used Colisprive to deliver your package. Upon delivery, Colisprive requested a validation code so we could retrieve it. However, you never sent us this code. Without this code, Colisprive refused to release your return. We sent you an email informing you of this issue. We handle customer returns with the utmost care and as quickly as possible. In your case, we are in no way responsible for the situation.

I had ordered 3 sets of lingerie on…
I had ordered 3 sets of lingerie on this site. Site indicated receipt 5-9 days for the rest of the world( not Europe), and delivery costed 100eu. 9 th biz day was 4/16.
I had clearly indicated in note on my order to deliver within this time frame or cancel order and credit my card.
As I had not had items on 4/16, I had tracked my order ; discovered it was still in preparation, filed dispute, and ordered same items from other site, which I had received quickly w DHL( 3 days).
On 4/23 items still weren’t here ; I don’t need them any more
Don’t order from mes dessous, don’t waste your time. Laziest people ever. Should be out of biz.

This website is a scam
This website is a scam. Messdessous is lying, my last three orders had the same problem. They didn't want to give me my money back even though they didn't fulfill the order. That's how they operate, you buy something on their website, and then you wait and wait, and the shipment never arrives. After a few emails, they inform you that “the item is out of stock.” And then they don't give you your money back. You have to fight for months to get a refund. I placed my last order on October 2, 2025, and I never received the goods. Today is January 8, 2026, and I still haven't received a refund. They have my card number, I also sent them my bank account number, and they still won't give me my money back. My only option now is to go to the police.

However, for this particular order, the bank is unable to issue a refund to the IBAN account you provided, and the refund to your card is also blocked. For confidentiality reasons, the bank does not wish to disclose the reason for the block. Given that the products have been returned to us, we are obligated to issue a refund, which is only fair. We suggest you either provide us with another IBAN to see if that resolves the issue, or, if you have a PayPal account, provide us with the email address associated with it so we can issue the refund via PayPal. We suggest you forward this information to customer service. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we will do everything necessary to find a solution.
