Excellent service. On my initial order, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. However, the staff at Julie Mesdessous responded promptly to my email, corrected my mistake, and sent me the correct size.

The way the goods were "wrapped for…
The way the goods were "wrapped for gift" which was an additionally paid service and added "card with text: (option I chose). The text was placed by sticking tape on a plain notebook cut sheet of paper with ballpen writing... I can provide a picture as this is definitely not the expected standard of wrapping as gift...
