Then, the delivery itself was also correct, as we had agreed.
As for my user experience, so far it is okay, but there is still room for improvement.

Matrabike = great new bike in two mouse clicks
Thanks a lot to Matrabike for their professionalism and our new bike. That was the second time we needed to buy a new bike and we even didn't think to where to go, because the first experience was super positive. And that was the same for the second one! Everything is very clear on the site, managers immediately contacting you with all the questions, delivery service is doing everything in time and in very safe and buyer oriented manner. And the main thing - the bike is great! That is every time difficult to find a bike for a small adult person. In most of cases they are way too big. But Matrabike have quite a lot of models with different sizes and options, so you just need to go to the site or their official store and choose what you like. To buy a new bike is is easy as two mouse clicks!

I had a really good experience with Matrabike.

The bike is great for it's price
The bike is perfect, but the wheels are not that good as i expected, after 1 week of usage the rear wheel pooped out and i had to replace it, other than that battery is good and the bike's weight is light which makes it better, breaks are also great
