I am STILL waiting and will file a dispute

I have been waiting way too long for an item that was paid for and STILL hasn’t come in. The second star was for the fast email reply but still does not negate the fact this company is slower than molasses in the winter on getting it done. They were told that I will open up a PayPal dispute very soon. Maybe they don’t care but that’s a crappy business model

I ordered this product six weeks ago…

I ordered this product six weeks ago back on July 28th 2026. It’s been six weeks now and I’m still waiting for my product. I would not recommend using them not very efficient in shipping and trying to understand the tracking has been very difficult

I paid for express shipping

I paid for express shipping. My order was to arrive in 7-12 business days. I ordered on the 12th of August. Its now the 1rst of September and still haven't received my order!

Overall, satisfied

It was easy to order, but there was no communication as far as the ring being sent, the tracking number was not able to be traced, I had payments coming out of my account and had no idea where the ring was until it arrived. Very frustrating. It did only take 3 weeks to arrive, which I was satisfied with.
I have to say I LOVE the ring and I’m so happy I made this purchase for myself! It fits perfectly, it’s good quality and the sea glass is very pretty.
