I would give 0 if it was an option. Purchased a ring 6 weeks ago. The tracking number provided does not exsist, I have sent 5 emails.

If I could give no stars I would ordered on 4-6-26 and didn't receive my items till 6-13-26. I went back and fourth with customer service for weeks ,months with no answers to why such a delay. No tracking info. I would highly recommend not buying from this company/site. When I finally recognized my purchase the jewelry was absolute garbage. Cheap and even looked like it came out of a gumball machine. I asked for a refund over and over again. They would never respond to that request and never did get a refund. It is a cheap company running a scam business for quick cash. BEWARE

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter’s birthday at the end of April…the cost of the bracelet debited my credit card on May 1…I have written several emails and only received a response to one…as of today, June 7…no bracelet . I will call my bank tomorrow to see if I can get my money back….guess I will just mail a card and send a check… not what I wanted…will never order anything from this company again!

I will make as many negative reviews for this company as humanly possible! I reached out before ordering and asked if the cute card about the adopted daughter necklace would be included. They said it would be. I ordered it for my daughters graduation and waited and waited and waited. They claimed the shipping company lost it, but after doing research and looking at other reviews there is definitely something wonky going on and this is happeningto a LOT of people. I asked for them to send it again and expidite shipping since it had been 5+ weeks. When I complained about the situation they "graciously" offered me 20% off a future order.
They did send it (but didn't expidite) and it came without the card. I told them that I had specifically inquired about it and asked for at least half of my money back. They told me I could print the card myself and offered me a $2 refund. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Received for my birthday on 5/28. The image on the ring peeled on the upper left hand side of the ring. Now 75% of the picture has peeled off. ZERO response from them despite 3 emails/messages.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. BLAMING POSTAL SERVICE. ZERO ACCOUTABILITY! AVOID THIS OUTFIT AT ALL COSTS!
If there was an option for zero stars, that would be the appropriate rating.

Total scam. Ordered through website, didn't receive a confirmation. Merchant info on credit card was for a nail salon in NY. Not surprisingly, I never received my order.

On February 28th I ordered a ring. On April 4th I asked for a status update as I had not received my item. I was advised by "Jane" that they had to verify with the logistics company that the ring was lost before sending another ring. As of May 7th I have not received my item and I have asked for an immediate refund. Be wary of doing business with this company. I have little faith that I'll get my refund.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company has horrible customer service, they do not answer you. Good luck getting your order from them. You also won’t be able to track it because the number never exists. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

I ordered a ring with a photo of my mother on it. When I got it, the photo was off center and has a fingerprint smudge on her face. I would be embarrassed to wear the ring because of the poor quality.

This is a scam company. Directly after I ordered a necklace through them I immediately began receiving a series of fraudulent charges totalling over $500 all at online merchants. I canceled that card and immediately filed a cc fraud case. I still have yet to receive any necklace.

I ordered my bracelet a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m wondering if this website is a scam if anyone is suggesting ordering anything from this website I would recommend not doing it.

Ordered around Christmas and constantly asking for tracking information which I received in February that product was on the way. Now it is mid-March and I receive this in an email
"We apologize that your package delivery failed due to an address issue. If a redelivery is not requested within a certain timeframe, the package will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued. Please confirm whether you would like to pay for reshipping to have a new item sent to you."
Why should I pay new shipping cost on an item that they were unable to deliver and I can't get a refund unless I request redelivery?

I purchased a ring for my daughter February 10th, recieved notification it was shipped with the tracking number. That tracking number leads to NOWHERE, I contacted the company looking for status , 2 weeks later I recieved a response saying they apologize and would need to check with shipping and if it was lost I would recieve a full refund. That was 10 days ago , I received another notification yesterday that it was shipped with a link thst leads again to NOWHERE . never ever buy from them !!!!

If I could give a 0, I would. Order Matt got lost in the mail. Tracking was nearly impossible. No resolution or refund was ever offered. They take people's money. Scam!

They are not even worth a 1 star..I ordered 2 granddaughter rings for two of my granddaughters for Christmas on Dec 1, 2025. They never came, so on Dec 21, 2025 I emailed support and a girl named "Jane" responded it is in transit and she will have logistics hurry up. In the meantime I called my bank to dispute the transaction. Then 37 Jewelry sent my bank all kinds fake documents, even a different tracking # than what they gave me. They to my bank it was delivered to my mailbox. They even lost my physical address. They had on the receipt that they gave the bank, my email address, name and city and state. No wonder it did not get to me, but for them to create a tracking # and I even get informed delivery and I was never informed..my bank decided to take the 37Jewelry.com's word and charge me the amount for items I never received. I even went to my post office and they tracked the tracking# and it never came to my city and state. this is a terrible company, they are a scam.

They take the money immediately. As for delivery of the product, still waiting. They just keep telling me to be patient.....

I wish I could give this company zero stars. DO NOT ORDER from them. You can search for what you are looking for and find it on a more reputable website. I ordered 3 rings with my granddaughter's birthstones and mine. The color of their birthstones (March and July) was very faint, and my birthstone was supposed to be topaz, which is gold; the stones in the ring were clear, with no color at all. I have been emailing the company, and all they say is that it is the correct stone. The stones look beautiful and bright on their website. Thank goodness I went through PayPal, with which I have opened a case in hopes of getting a refund. PayPal is amazing at having your back in circumstances like these. Always use them when paying any unknown company. Better yet, don't order from these fly-by-night companies. I should have known better. Also, it was supposed to be here in two weeks, but it took 6 weeks to arrive with postage due!

This company is not worth 1 star. I ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas. I never received it. But they sure took my money. Company said it was shipped. Unable to track. I sent my information and the information of this company to my local FBI Fraud department. They contacted me and stated they were investigating this company. This company is a scam. Stay away!!!!!
