The house-brand cartridges I ordered turned out not to be compatible with my printer. I contacted the support team, and they helped me pinpoint the problem. Once we confirmed that my printer didn't support these cartridges, they walked me through returning them and ordering the right ones without additional costs. Not only did they make the whole process easy, but they also included a little gift in my delivery to make up for the mix-up. They were supportive and helpful every step of the way. Thank you!

I have not received the product, the company does not respond to messages

Received 1 wrong product, sent an email to the customer service + photos 2 days ago, still no response.

A complete scam website, if you don't buy their house brand they will send you fake products, and make up fake invoices to try and scam you for money.

I decided to buy a laser printer as I know that inkjet printers can be expensive long-term. The delivery was fast, however just hours after I got my printer delivered I got a call by an 123inkt employee that told me I still had to buy some extra ink which they "could still send without delivery costs, just give me a yes and it will be arranged", not naming any price. After specifically asking the price, he told me this ink was an additional 150 euros....

I felt scammed, they could've warned me on the printer page itself, instead of upselling me this overpriced ink AFTER the printer got delivered. Within seconds I found the exact same ink for almost half the price at a competitor, but the upsell employee told me "Ink from other competitors might not work", sure... I really wonder what is funding his salary, maybe this insane price gap?

Will never buy again

This ink is excellent. I am very much satisfied by it. My printer Epson xp-15000 HD runs perfectly with it and the colours are extremely accurate and beautiful. The delivery was fast.

They did not ship my order not even made any update 2 days but it was saying deliver next day. They are terrible company!

I bought toner cartridges from 123ink and I’m happy with the purchase. The order arrived quickly, well packaged, and the toners work perfectly. I recommend it.

You order and you got informed they don’t have product in the warehouse. Afterwards they decide that package will be sent later, who knows when (min 7 days). No compensation, no discount, no refund, no offer, no question for the customer. Please answer my e-mails.

I've been using 123inkt for years already, and every time, nothing but success. I purchased a laser printer at 8 pm, and it was delivered the next day. Less than 24hrs! Not to mention that the price was the cheapest despite every other web store offering black Friday discounts.

I use this webshop for many years. They provide good and cheaper product under own trademark, which is very well compatibel with my printer.

I should have read all of the rapid fire por customer experiences on this website before deciding to do any business with 123inkt. I would have then found out about the long delivery time - which they excuse themselves on! - 24 hours is a scam. It takes at least 7 days. And then when this happens what I got delivered is a broken printer for which I got no support in fixing. I got my return rights violated as a customer. I had to wait 20 minutes each time to get someone on the line and be lied to with each call that a solution is coming in 1 week, in 2 weeks, never. Rude, unreliable, unprofessional, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Be good and warned that you will regret all of the time you spent on this scam of a company.

Great service even got a call after I had placed my order with good advice. I will always shop with them.No point in looking further

This company is pushing their own brand like mad, including sales calls to you after you ordered original brand supplies! I heard and read stories about not using the original toner cartridges for my laser printer causing problems, so I decided I really want the original brand toner cartridges. Apart from their product pages already pushing you to use the 123inkt brand, you need to close a popup pushing their own brand for every item you choose (I chose 3, one for each color). And if that is not enough, the phone started ringing shortly after my order (sadly giving your phone number is mandatory...), from a number that belongs to 123inkt.nl. No voicemail message, which means it was a sales call (otherwise you tell the customer in the voicemail what is wrong and ask them to contact the company, right?) And the next day 3 times same thing. Only *two* days later I got the email that my order was handed over to the distributor. Their website said 'next day delivery' for each product that I ordered. This means that they are consciously delaying the deliveries to first try and sell you their own brand. This is ridiculous and really bad practice.

Super fast delivery. There were a couple of issues with my order (the ink wasn't accepted by my HP printer for two different reasons) and I was helped very quickly and courteously both times. They processed my exchange very quickly and even sent a little present along with the new items. Great customer service!
