Good price, quick service

Ordering easy and very prompt delivery, price very good, although when registering for warranty was told serial number was more than 2 years old so had to send invoice to manufacturer as proof of purchase date, but all went through ok. good service

Check the amount charged before paying

Check the payment screen when using mobile phone payments. Was charged £129 for a £15 item. Noticed thankfully and then had to take cash refund! Refused to put back on card. Did apologise but not good.

Ordered a press tool on a Sunday and it was delivered 2 days later
Postal/delivery updates could be better but definitely use them again.
Brilliant price compared to other sellers for the same item

Boiler and thermostat

From start to finish, excellent customer experience. Telephone calls answered promptly, knowledgeable and products delivered on time. Best of all very competitive on price, could not find it cheaper elsewhere.

Brilliant

First time of using so but great experience. I telephoned prior to ordering and the staff were lovely and helpful. I then placed the order which was about £20 cheaper than screwfix and it was at my house within 48 hrs. Would definitely use again.
