I used AI to look for the broken…
I used AI to look for the broken spotlight; it directed me to the GLE UK website, I placed the order, and it arrived in two days. I didn't try searching on the site itself because I preferred letting the AI handle the task, so I can't say whether the search function is easy to use or not. But my spotlight is working now, so kudos to everyone involved.

Prompt and helpful service but…
Prompt and helpful service but disappointing to note that the 10 yr smoke alarms are sold with the "made by" date on them rather than at least 10 years. This means that by the time a landlord installs them there is less than 10 years left on the alarm life as Fire Regulations are based on the label date.
Also, DPD thinks dropping the parcel at the gate is how you do a delivery.

DPD delivered it to the wrong address
DPD delivered it to the wrong address, they wouldn't help as I didn't have the tracking number! GL did help, but I still have to go looking for it. I wish companies would just use the Royal mail, it's what they do.
