If you like spending a crazy ton of money on one simple window, this is the place. The entire process took about 2+ months and while there were times I was convinced we were forgotten about, in the end the window is fine. Not sure I have much to say other than just be ready.

We received your materials and tried to contact you several times to set up your install, which was completed within the 8-week time frame. Again, we're sorry for any frustration.
The entire process was seamless
The entire process was seamless. It began at the showroom with the Sales Consultant, Lauren Galante, who was both pleasant and informative. It continued with the Field Sales Consultant, Jerry McQuillan, who was extremely knowledgeable, patiently offered options, confirmed my choices and took measurements. Finally on installation day, the Field Installation Supervisor, John Marte, reviewed the order and my selections and ensured that the installation crew was informed. The Installation Crew, who I unfortunately did not get their names, did an admirable job of carefully negotiating any obstacles during the installation and cleaned up upon completion. All in all, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Windowrama.

Great Experience
I had five windows replaced and the whole process from ordering and installing them was seamless . After ordering the windows the installer comes and remeasures the windows so before the windows come in and are ordered you know who the installer is . The day the windows were installed the whole team was amazing and did a great job. My windows were being replaced due to melting from a fire and the windows were broken and melted . The installers were so careful you would never know there was broken glass and ash. They were careful not to get any of the glass on the floors . They covered everything in plastic and vacuumed when they were done . I would recommend WindowRama and ask for Ron to be the installer .

Everyone was right on time. Delivery guys and installers were courteous, professional and efficient. The installation was finished well before my expectations, and the guys did a very nice job cleaning up. Definitely going to go with WindowRama when I’m ready to do the next three windows.

Everything was fantastic. I was so impressed with the ENTIRE team from sales to measurement to installation, even delivery. They assembled a team of professionals who seem to love what they do and do it in a courteous, considerate, knowledgeable way. My window replacement was due to storm damage and I dreaded it. I can honestly say that the team made an unpleasant memory an easy painless enjoyable process. I wish all service providers had the same level of white glove service and regard for their customers.
