If you like spending a crazy ton of money on one simple window, this is the place. The entire process took about 2+ months and while there were times I was convinced we were forgotten about, in the end the window is fine. Not sure I have much to say other than just be ready.

Hi Lauren, we're sorry that you had a disappointing experience with us. While we try to get materials in as quickly as possible, your contract did say 6 - 8 weeks. We received your materials and tried to contact you several times to set up your install, which was completed within the 8-week time frame. Again, we're sorry for any frustration.
