Although the wig was back-ordered, I received emails that kept me in touch. They offered alternatives, which I didn’t take, but kept me aware of the timeline for my wig’s arrival.
And I love it! Just what I was looking for!

Fast delivery! Nice wig but the color wasn’t right for me. I’ll return for another color. Hope that goes well. This is my first purchase with this company.

An excellent experience! While scrolling i came across Wig Studio 1 . Always on the lookout for a new look, I found Jude by Rene of Paris . Cute, right color and on sale!, Put in the cart, paid and there she was a few days later. Love her and will definitely continue scrolling Wig Studio 1. Go check it out and have fun!!

Very comfortable wig. I love it!

I rarely have an issue when ordering wigs but this time there was an issue with the manufacturer. The wig studio 1 staff was very quick to let me know what had happened and issued my refund immediately. Always great customer service.

Time to send the package. For me, the return was very difficult.

My wig arrived in a timely manner. It was a little darker than I thought it would be but I emailed customer service about this and they named some colors that are lighter. After giving it some thought, I will keep this one. I am pleased with the quality and my overall experience with Wig Studio 1.

I needed wig for a wedding and it wasn’t listed as back order, so I had to order from somewhere else all the while paying for a wig I really wanted . It came 2 days after wedding .

I took a chance and ordered from you because I was so tired of getting inferior wigs from another popular company. I'm glad I did because when I put my first order on, and the wig was perfect. I didn't have to trim, thin it, or cut off the ear tabs to make it comfortable.

Some problems came up but Jodie helped me solve them. I had a return and had no problem getting a return label. I received the wrong item and being new at this I was apprehensive that I couldn't exchange it for what I wanted but so far all seems well.
