The sale and shipping information allowed my new Rene of Paris to be shipping directly to me, however...the tracking information from UPS showed it was delivered to me in Fairview at 1:07 pm August 18, my birthday. No package from you has been located anywhere. Please review my order and try to determine where my new wig, a birthday gift to myself is.
It was a very disappointing experience.
