You just lost a customer of many years.
I emailed the company BEFORE placing my order to check if there would be any fees for returning my order as I wanted to try two different sizes of trekking shoes and thus knew that I would need to make a return. Total lack of transparency in the return email where they skillfully avoided the actual question and made me believe that returns are free of charge. It came as a total surprise when they didn't return the same amount as I had paid. I returned a perfect product in the original package within 4 days - thus did everything correctly. They deducted 45 SEK, which is not a lot of money, but I don't appreciate being treated with a lack of respect. I will never order again, although I really used to like the company and have been a customer for many years.
