Overall it’s pretty accurate for tracking data, it’s certainly a little pricey and some of the strain metrics could be improved. I really like the new sport bands as the generic band gets faded and is... See more

Data accuracy while cycling is very poor. The new AI is horrible and makes up data!!! How!!! Also the tone and verbiage of the AI is childish and arrogant. Asa user for over 5years Whoop is no longer beat in class.

Veteran Whoop user

I've been using WHOOP for probably five years now, and I have seen their continued focus on improving the product and bringing more metrics into the device. I love the recent additions on individualized coaching and biometric screening. If you are truly committed to your health and fitness then WHOOP as well worth the investment. If you were just looking for a generic wearable, that gives you basic information then this may not be the device for you

Whoop user since 2018

I’ve been a Whoop user since 2018. The improvements in the data analysis have been phenomenal. I’m in my 40s and perimenopausal- the insights it gives me are wonderful and seeing my Whoop age decrease has been super motivating. I like that it is screenless and there are now prettier options for the bands than before. I regularly take advantage of the Advanced labs feature (bloodwork). I probably don’t “need” my Whoop in order to engage in good behaviors, but I don’t want to go without it!

Whoop -accuracy, consistency, and results

I’ve been a Whoop user for almost 5 years. Whoop helps me be more consistent with my daily health habits. I trust the data it provides and value the information to monitor progress toward my health and fitness goals. They continue to innovate and focus on the right things.

Why Whoop is better than Garmin, Oura or Coros.

I've been a Whoop user for 6 years now. If you like data to drive your daily behaviors, look no further than Whoop. The interplay between strain, recovery, and labs is simply unbeatable. As a Sport Psychology Professional, I'm familiar with other tools like Garmin, Oura, and Coros. Whoop's ability to track behaviors and provide feedback distinguishes it from every other tool. Coach provides insights that no other tool can. If you invest 30-60 seconds per day in tracking, you will learn how to make choices and adjustments to elevate health and performance.

The best fitness tracker

I have used whoop for 2 years and love it.

The fact that it has no screen is perfect. This means I can wear it together with my Omega dress Watch without wearing two “watchs”.

Very Long battery live and I love that I don’t have to take it off ever! - meaning that data quality is very consistend and good.

The app is very good and extremly user friendly.

The whoop it self is easy to use and the different straps is easy to change and means you can match you whoop to the occation.
