The charge the shipping
If you need to return the item customer has to pay shipping again. The shipping cost more then the items.

You can't talk to anybody .

I bought a bracket for my leaf blower.
Unfortunately, it didn't fit.
They issued an immediate refund and removed the item from the website so no one else could buy it.
So, a super reliable company

Very breakable, bad quality. Plus you are very lazy in keeping the customer updated on when you send the package.
Waste of my money

Having looked for a few years to find a solution to a broken hook in an airer, I was amazed that weshape not only offer a replacement, long after IKEA discontinued the product, but went as far as to make a better, more durable hook. Well played, I'll be recommending weshape to friends should they need it

Exactly as expected. Good products and service.

The download for the instructions was terrible.
What was expected was very difficult for me, so broke most of the model.
Has taken me neatly two weeks to put back together.
The only positive is that the bracket was well manufactured.

I was very impressed by the quality of the product and ease of assembly. In fact I was so impressed I bought two. Ferrari and McLaren!!!

The product idea is great and minimalistic. The company is also doing a good job for the customers. By misstake only one item (out of two ordered) was shipped but this was corrected immediately.

The reason for only giving 2 stars is that the product wastes roughly 50% of the water which must be deemed too much. It should have been very simple to verify and correct the design.

If updated, I will gladly order version 2.0.

Good product and fast fabrication/delivery

I bought the black wheels. They are exactly what I had in mind. The ones that came with the original 305 lawnmower were almost slicks by now. The lawnmower is faster now and it doesn’t get hung up on the edges between the sidewalk and the lawn, for that I’m grateful. As industrial designer, I also like the design of the wheels. The only thing I might add, is a little red or yellow or orange hubcap to cover the screws. Great product, happy customer.

False promises at high prices.
Based on the stated delivery time of 1–3 days, I decided to place an order with weshape on March 18. On March 30, the shipment was finally tracked, and today, April 9, the package is still somewhere on its way… A 630-km postal route can be quite long. But maybe it’s being delivered in an eco-friendly way by bicycle…

I received a different color than I originally ordered but they very quickly resolved the matter. The tamper stand looks great and works perfectly.
