Scam Company
Customer service is total useless, the only answer they gave "I can´t help you". Was being scammed into having it through a Phone Dealer without my consent nor any paperwork to sign back in 2017. When I´ve noticed it, I directly "canceled" it, they can´t even provide me a written contract where I´ve "signed", this happened in 2018 . And now they sent me an Invoice through Inkasso in 2022 for 3 tripple the amount. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!

Awfull company
Awfull company, their premium plan is scam. They will say stuff like you opended the item we won't fix it lol. Even that they know that the law allows you to open your laptop, PC to replace ram or Drive anyhow they said that their premium it covers everything from water damege to lost stolen that is BS they just scam people for sub.. I would really like this cancer company to just get bankrupted.. 10 months of 13€ lost due the scammy awful support they have..

Worst choice ever signing a contract…
Worst choice ever signing a contract with them! My bike got stolen and now this very insurance company and the bike-shop are playing blame-ping-pong, who gets to pay me out. I'm feeling screwed over.
Also, as I am writing this, I've spent 39 mins on hold, without any information what so ever.
Avoid them at all cost.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I haven't even started my claim and I'm already furious. I spent 20 mins. waiting in queue for their customer service only to be told that they can't talk in English. I mean, even if this really is some sort of regulation, how either incompetent or ignorant can you be if you don't mention this in your voice messages you repeat non-stop while I'm waiting in the queue?!! Seriously?!

If I can I give 0 starts!!!! More when 3 years I pay fur wertgarantie my telephone I bring to Reparatur whey do new glass and next day it’s Broking ... Then I brining 1 years latter to Reparatur whey say we don’t do glass . But we give 150€ what you can bay new hendy . But old iPhone for 700€ we left for ass self ! It’s like joke my privat hendy whey take and give me 150€ what for hendy I can bay for this money ???!!!!!! Whey do Reparatur with not original detail and next time whey don’t do Reparatur anymore !!!!
