Outstanding product and service
The Wordpress Import/Export plugin does exactly what it says on the tin, and then some.
I don't usually bother with reviews. My website is a woocommerce installation with a few quirks related to variation products and external images, and I've requested support a couple of times to solve some left-field issues. The customer service response to those challenges has way exceeded expectations, so this team absolutely deserves a 5-star review.

I had a great support experience with Webtoffee. I was looking for a gift card solution plugin that would support the multicurrency plugin I was using and they took the time to review the multicurrency plugin I was using and provide a compatibility snippet within only a few days. Of course I purchased the pro gift card plugin straight away seeing how eager they were to help. Amazing, responsive, friendly support!
Tried out the free version of their invoice plugin, and it checked all the boxes -- all but one! I reached out to support with a feature request, hoping for the possibility of seeing it in a future update, and I got a reply the next day with a snippet of code which enabled this feature! I was floored! Such amazing, responsive, friendly support -- on a free plugin!! Definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
